This is by far the worst Jamba Juice in the Aurora area. They clearly don’t like making money. Last time they said they had no strawberries or blueberries - uh… look at your menu. Why are you even open without those ingredients? Today they said they aren’t making bowls. Both times we have walked out and taken our business elsewhere.

We ordered a large drink to share, and the drink had disintegrating plastic bits from the blender. I took photos of some larger pieces and one of the smaller pieces, but we had to stop drinking it because of this. Drink was tasty otherwise, but we tried calling to tell them, and the phone either didn't go to the store or they wouldn't answer ?♂️

If someone orders a matcha green tea. And you have no matcha green tea. Why wouldn’t you call and see if I want something else or offer me a refund? Instead you make it without the eponymous ingredient and take my money? Whatever this whitish thing is I paid $14 for is disgusting and has to be thrown in the trash. Thanks

Went here on Friday and asked what kind of matcha drinks they had. The girl at the register said they only had one kind so I go it. It was literally a scoop of matcha powder, water and a lot of ice. It was so disappointing for nearly $8.

The ladies at this location had no hustle what so ever. I waited 25 mins for a smoothie and a waffle. My drink was watery , I asked her to remake it and she gets an attitude ,saying it won’t get thicker but I’ve had it 50 times before so I know what it should look like right?! Also gave me the wrong food. This place has gone downhill in the last couple months. I’ll switch to smoothie king instead ? get better employees
