I order weekly. Not a lot of deliver options on a medical campus. Put in the description that I am on equiptment and to leave it with the desk in the infusion center. After 2 hours and a wrong delivery location the delivery driver calls me and tells me he wont bring my sandwich up. as if this was an absurd thing to ask a delivery driver who delivers exclusively on a medical campus. I called back in to the store and havent heard back. Theres no way to ask for a refund on the website so now I guess im just sitting here 3 hours later, hungry and now broke (since its a $40 sandwich). Absolutely wild

this is the third time i’ve ordered from this location on campus and it’s always disappointing. i gave it a try again after a few months and my veggie sandwich had turkey in it and the entire sandwich was basically just mustard. complete waste of money!

This is hands down the best jimmy johns ever. Like everyone is so nice and my food is always made with such care and consideration. I literally get the same order every time and I have never had a mishap with any of the food. I'm convinced the person making my sandwiches loves me because its so good lol.

I hadn’t been to a Jimmy John’s before. I ordered a sub kind of last minute in a pinch. The person at the register was really nice, but the gent at the sandwich station was in a bad mood. He made me feel like coming into the shop to order something was a big inconvenience. I ordered a large tuna sub and then received some kind of a turkey with bacon. Didn’t get the chance to check it before leaving and was too far away to get it fixed. The sub was ok. It just wasn’t what I wanted. I might give it another chance sometime. But maybe for a to-go order. It’s rough to feel so unwelcome.EDIT: Upon the suggestion of the Jimmy John’s reply below, I submitted an inquiry at the added link regarding my issue. I never heard any reply, and was offered no resolution. This is a testament to this location’s investment in resolving customer service challenges.

Wow, just got turned away as they said they were to busy to make a sandwich as they were working on a catering order. Who does that? Horrible customer service.

They're as fast and efficient as they can be with the extremely high volume they have. Good tasting sammies. I value the fact that they stay kind even in the angry, stressful world of the UCHealth Anschutz hospital campus. ‍ People be dumping on them, but they do decently. Just don't order from here unless you have to because the fact that they're in the hospital campus and understaffed often simply means worse or slower service. Also, it's just not a good place to relax, but nowhere on campus is save the chapel. ‍

We placed an online order and after 15 minutes it was not ready. We then watched you make order after order of customers just coming into the store ahead of my order. You are only open 8 hours, 5 days a week and you cant even manage that!? DO NOT waste your time with this location, there is a Subway right next door and a few other options that are way more worth it! If it is going to take over 30 minutes, you could go to a sit down restaurant and have better service!!!

Office put in order at 10am. Went for pickup at 1. They didn't do it nor did they call to let us know. Just said they couldn't fill our order. Maybe give us a call before we come to pick it up 3 hours after ordering!

I keep getting turkey added to my Vito and this is the third time the turkey hasn’t been there. I’m paying for extra meat and not getting it. This time I even asked to confirm when my Vito was called. I said “with turkey?” He looked at my receipt and said “yes it has turkey”. No turkey. I don’t have time to walk all the way back over to get it fixed.

Anywhere else is the much better bet.Waited over an hour for delivery, realized it wasn’t coming and had to go into the store. Manager didn’t care. Food was soggy and order wasn’t correct. Charged extra for a bottled drink (no other options). Employees were all standing around doing nothing. Pretty sure this is the new norm here.Also, employees wouldn’t even eat their own food. They ordered from Subway and left their containers out.

Apparently 15 subs is too much to handle. Rude employees and poorly managed. The manager doesn’t care and it’s obvious. Rap music blasting with inappropriate language. We ordered a bunch of unwiches and they were poorly wrapped. Sandwiches were poorly labeled. With this location being near a large campus you think they would be used to large orders. Bad customer service. This is the worse jimmy johns I’ve ever been to. Also they are far from “freaky fast”
