I went tonight (1/10/24) around 8pm and there was 2 ladies had ordered 2 giants and so while the in-shop person was making their sandwiches I scoured the menu but noticed it had taken a while for the employee to even notice I was there(she finished the order before even looking my direction) I'm assuming she's fairly new so it can be understood to an extent but if she is new I don't understand where her 2nd person was if she had one(I'm assuming usually a driver). Adam the expert sandwich maker was The Best. Excellent treatment of hungry holiday shoppers,Superlative Attitude. I'd just arrived from Chicago,1st time to this particular shop. Adam made it a definitely good customer service experience. I hope he gets a raise.Thanks for your Great Attitude Adam.

I must've gotten lucky considering the other reviews which are Not great for this location. My first (& thus far only) time here i was treated exceptionally well by a very professional proficient expert sandwich maker named Adam. I don't usually go to these types of shops as i am.older and picky abt my food. That said Adam was superb at taking my order and getting it just right. He truly had the Christmas Spirit.
