We brought our kiddos here and it was such an awesome experience! The food was absolutely delicious and the conveyer belt of food was a hit with the family. We all loved being able to pick the items we each wanted and definitely prefer this approach over pre-made options at other places where we may not want everything included. Our server was also so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys hot pot!

Wife and I came here to give it a try. Very hassle free way of doing hot pot with their conveyor belt system. Grab what you want whenever you want without having to wait for someone to come by to order.The food itself was pretty good. A decent selection of items to choose from. The Tom yum and pork bone broth had a good flavor. Service for us was a little lackluster as after we were seated and ordered our broth, no one came by to check in on us.Overall, a nice place to get some hot pot.

I recently visited K+ Hotpot for their hotpot experience, and I must say, it was a disappointment from start to finish. Despite paying for the all you can option, the lamb meat, a staple in any hotpot experience, made an appearance only once every 20 minutes. This is not what I expected compared to other Hotpot restaurants. It's baffling to encounter a hotpot establishment where meat is rationed out in such a stingy manner. This is definitely not an "all you can eat" experience as advertised. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this establishment anytime soon.Just look at the size of meat you get once in 20 minutes. SMH.
