Ordered online the other day, when I went I realized I left my home at home for the box code. I expressed this to the guy he asked another girl and she said no. I live pretty close but I offered to show my ID the card it was paid with there were other factors that could have been assessed and just lacked. I was thinking ok I live close but what about the ppl with an actual situation, maybe a lost phone and didn't know it until got there. So do they just forfeit the pizza until I buy another phone?? Random things happen all the time. I understand ppl take pizza that isn't there's or so on.. but there was ways to identify, if went above and beyond

Love this place normally really great employees except for tonight 3/7. Some dumb little punk rock girl forgot our sauce in the portal and when asked for it. Said"what" instead of how can I help u. Then proceeded to throw me the sauce on the box instead of handing it to me and walked off pissed off for doing her job. I'm sorry but if u don't have the manners to work customer service please don't. This is the first and I hope last time we see her. Unbelievable!!!

I stopped in after work to pick up a hot and ready pizza around 8:20 PM and when I asked about it was cold it would be about a 10 minute wait. I decided to go eat elsewhere. I don't understand why you would call it hot and ready if they're never available. There are other locations that do have them readily available at all times a day. I'll just go there instead. I'm not sure why the girl behind the counter gave me a huge attitude when I asked about it. I greeted her with a hello and a smile which I thought was her job.

There is ALWAYS a wait, even when ordering in the app. Thankfully they abandoned the 'hot n ready" idea since it was never true! At $5 these very average pizzas were ok, but now at $8 there is better pizza on 2 of the other corners of this intersection so do yourself a favor ago to Wood Paddle or even Blackjack!Parking: Too few spaces for 5 take out places in on corner

I literally asked this gentleman to please put some seasoning on Parmesan on my pizza as it was coming out of the oven and he said no I can't do that that would cost extra. I said OK how much he said 399 I said shake some seasoning onto my pizza he said yes I couldn't do that . Please never eat here. This place is a joke. Their service is a joke. The guy is jerk and super rude why is he hiring the young women to work there please stay away.?...
Wow Little Caesars has just gotten way too expensive for how bad the pizza is. 8 bucks for a large one topping pizza that tastes like cardboard is ridiculous. You can literally go to dominoes just a couple blocks away and get a large one topping pizza for 8 bucks that actually tastes good. If you want to charge the prices of the better chains then you need to serve better food.

Need to add CHEESE!!! Pizzas barely have any cheese and spotty… more sauce than cheese or toppings. Staff said that’s how the pizzas come and nothing they can do.

They are no longer allowing the $7 for 2 crazy bread and 2 sauce the they did for a long time. This was a regular deal that is in their system, but they are no longer allowing the purchase. It is a great deal and the only reason I went to little Caesars.
