There was black mystery grit in my food. I'm not sure what it was. It was completely black and hard(so not the texture of an overcooked French fry or part of a burger patty). It almost looked and felt like asphalt. It was in the fries and the box with my 1/4 pounder. I should have taken a picture but I just ended up throwing my food away.

I purchased nuggets on the 23rd of March in the drive thru when I got home the top layer was fresh all the rest were cold, I came in and spoke to Angelica and she made sure I got a new order she offered to make them fresh but someone in the back told her the replaced order of which she brung out was fresh. I appreciate Angelica from the moment that she gave the warm smile when I walked through the door the person she told about my order which I assumed was the manager didn't seem so friendly but it was after a lunch rush so...

Fairly new. Food was exactly what you would expect. I placed a slightly special order at the counter. Was very impressed with the young man who took my order. It arrived fairly quickly. However, minor glitch. The price at the kiosk would have been 9.59. Price at counter was 10.69. It took 10 minutes to get a manager. I demonstrated the problem. She could not explain the difference. So, she reaches into the till and just gives me $1.10. So, she will call someone to come out and fix the machine. The user interface on this version of the kiosk seems a lot worse than before. No intuitive way to get an order total or to pay. Manager couldn't get it to work either. It's hard to tell if these issues are intentional or just the usual corporate carelessness regarding IT.

Called about an issue with allergies, the number on google routed me to a different McDonald’s, where “manager” Maria answered and said she gets plenty complaints from this location and she was overwhelmed and taking it out on me. Dismissed my questions and yelled over me how McDonald’s can’t get a number to this store and it’s hard for her to handle. She was rude, unprofessional and needs training and more attention to her customer service.

We ordered the 4c chicken deluxe not spicy - we got the spicy and it was cold.We ordered double quarter pounder no onions and got onions and it was warm not hot. When we asked for a receipt we were told we can't print one out.Must say this was a horrible experience and will be the last time we visit this location.

When I got to the window they told me to wait in front for my smoothie and they left me waiting for 15 minutes. When I go to ask why they don't deliver it to me, the very rude cashier tells me to keep waiting and she doesn't know anything. Terrible service, supposedly. It's fast food??

Every time I go to McDonald’s this one in particular, I like to order my food a certain way sometimes they drive me more which whatever but when I get my order it is always put together really sloppy it’s not like they get paid $10 an hour these people are getting paid $18 an up They should make their food just as they were making their own. When I order my food, a certain way, the price is always different. I have no idea what they’re doing. They can never explain it right but I’m getting really tired of it. I get it fast but that doesn’t mean they’re not capable of putting a hamburger together correctly example, I ordered a Mc double with no onions and big Mac sauce a little bit of big Mac sauce right at the tip of the burger. There wasn’t very much There was still onions in there. Unless management steps up and does something about this, they’re going to continue this. There is plenty of people looking for jobs that want to do their job correctly. It doesn’t matter if this is fast food or not the regional manager at Burger King got a hold of me because I had a complaint about a few of their employees, the situation has definitely got fixed so much props to Burger King upper management regional manager coming from California to take care of this issue fast food employees and managers take no pride in their job however you want to look at it you are getting paid to do a job and do it correctly
