We wanted to try milk and roll, however even with showing up at least 10 minutes prior to closing when I walked in one of the people that worked there told me that they were no longer taking orders. However, there was a couple standing at their self order and we’re waiting to get their ice cream so Not very fond of the fact of if you have 10 minutes and I have a small order. You should probably hear what the order is and you’re not closed till 930. It’s not fair to other customers watching people order ice cream right in front of you. This is the second time that we’ve tried to go try this place and the first time we couldn’t because they didn’t have enough staff and we’re over whelmed with orders so people were just waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. I would love to try milk and roll however, if service continues to be this way, they will not be getting our business.

I wish I could say I tried the ice cream, but I can’t. I walked in and I was the only customer. There were two workers sitting in the back corner chatting. They watched me walk in and said nothing. I smiled and then they walked into the back area and proceeded to wash dishes; again, never acknowledging me.So cool…way to draw customers in. ?

Quick place for rolled ice cream. First time trying "Sundae Funday" and "Milk n Cereal" and they were delicious!! Decent price too.

Good ice cream. The staff don't seem to want to work. The music was so loud communication wasn't possible. They weren't making the orders in order so the 3 people who ordered after the two of us got their orders before us for some unknown reason. All the chairs were already stacked at 7pm like they didn't want us

I have been her several times. They have an excellent selection of flavors and seasonal mixes. They are open until 830 so it makes a great desert run. Everyone that I have seen here is pleased with the service.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Of course kid friendly.

I arrived to buy and the girls who were running the ice cream parlor looked at me and my family badly, they looked at us and made fun of us. In the end we left another day, we came back and the girls for customer service are very indifferent to the customers who had bad service. The ice cream is very delicious, it's a shame about the terrible service.

We came in here tonight Jan 19 at 9:18. They greeted us and said they’d be with us shortly. They took their sweet time standing around and we waited 9:30 hit and they told us they were closed. Waited 12 mins so they didn’t have to serve us. That’s ridiculous and we order from here often. Smh.

This was my first encounter and my visit was met with disappointment and frustration. Ladies working today (01/19) around 8:00PM had no customer service skills. When I came in, they offered no greeting and no "I'll be right with you". There was only two customers in front of me and I had to wait 30 minutes which made no sense as the people in front of me ordered two items each. It looked the staff was taking their sweet time. When it was my turn, they asked "what can I get for you". They offered no apology, "sorry about the wait". My order also took an unusually long wait of an additional 10 minutes. So I was waiting almost an hour at the store for some ice cream. The young lady called out my order but I didn't notice until a few calls as her voice was muffled and the music was loud. She slid the cup and proceeded to roll her eyes. No "thank you for waiting or anything". I'm not asking for people to be this bubbly person as I have worked in retail before and know how tiring some days can be. I'm asking for the bare minimum in asking your staff to treat customers with respect. The ice cream I got was panda pandan and it was very bland as it tasted like just pure milk. Maybe the customer service ruined my taste buds. Will not be returning anytime soon. There are plenty of other desserts places in that area that I would highly recommend.

We love Milk Roll! There were 4 people working when we came in at 8:15p and only 1 person actually working. We didn’t leave with our ice cream in hand until 8:55p. It was obvious that the only person working was new. She was doing a great job! It takes a lot for me to leave a poor review. The other 3 not helping really killed the vibe for me.

Felt bad because we came in 5 minutes before close but we still got delightful service from the ladies thank you milkroll! The ice creams were incredibly delicious as well, a little expensive but that’s the way the economy is heading sadly. Give them a raise!
