Came by a week ago. I ordered a doppio espresso (to add to my own drink) and asked for a cup of ice on the side. He asked if I wanted an Americano instead. I told him "no thanks, just the two shots and a cup of ice on the side."The worker was insanely rude over giving me a cup of ice. He clarified that this isn't a real Starbucks and he can't just give me a cup of ice because I need to purchase an actual drink for me to advertise the cup. Understandable, but there was also no need to yell at me asking for a cup of ice. Sounds like he deals with a lot of people who confuse this cafe with a real Starbucks. I then told him I didn't want the cup of ice anymore, just the doppio espresso. He then showed me the cup with the logo like I was stupid explaining the same thing and then angrily told me, "how do you want me to order this?" I told him, "I just want a double shot of espresso."I explained that I originally wanted a cup of ice to add it to my own drink. So instead of giving me a cup of ice, he took my cup and filled it with ice. Coming from someone who does work at a real Starbucks, we're not allowed to take half drank personal cups to fill with ice because it's considered unsanitary. We give away cups of ice for free all the time with the logo, so either this cafe has ridiculous rules, he didn't want to waste a cup, and/or this guy just hates his job.Customer service was terrible. I am all for supporting small businesses, but you're better off going to the real Starbucks across the street.

Rude! Rude! Rude! Worst customer service ever! Do not order online they do not cater to delivery service a waste of time. The guy is unprofessional and claims they are too busy already and has no time or "does" online orders

Horrible costumer service! I ordered a salted caramel Frappuccino and the lady gave me chocolate Frappuccino with caramel on the top, I asked if she could do the salted caramel Frappuccino as I am allergic to chocolate, she was very rude and say she was not going to do it, asked for a refund and she said she was not going to do it. Spoke to the manager and didn’t do anything about it. Horrible costumer service, definitely not the Starbucks image wants you to have. PSA: THIS IS NOT AN STARBUCKS STORE

Horrible cafe. It's not even a Starbucks but a kiosk that sells Starbucks coffee. Didn't look very clean either so I bought a Tropicana orange juice. All the orange juices looked a little brown but I thought it might be the lighting. Well it was sour too. So I brought it back to the register and asked for a tea instead. The owner-manager, Mr. Sysadmin took out his cell phone and started taking pictures of the label. Then he told me that the expiration date was far into the future; henceforth the orange juice was ok, and there would be no refunds or exchanges. I showed him my receipt (thinking I was at a Starbucks) but he pointed to a phone number and told me to call it. I asked who's number is it? He told me it was his number. So why do I have to call you when I can talk to you right now I asked? Obviously he didn't want to continue our conversation. I told him I would complain to Starbucks but he didn't care. I had to go to Taco Bell to get a drink of water because I had been 'dismissed.' Don't go here. First of all, it's not a Starbucks, and secondly it's not clean. And most importantly their mini frig isn't cold enough to keep drinks fresh. You will never get a refund but you will be humiliated.

Going to give a 5 today for their honesty. They said they could seat us but the kitchen was running about 45 minutes out. Left for today as I can not wait 45 minutes for breakfast. But I appreciated the atmosphere and how upfront they were. Will try again. Went to the Library and Co Bar and Kitchen for Breakfast...see review to follow.

Very disappointed due to cause I work here and u purchase a strawberry and creme fappucio and good the owner that I didnt like it . And would like it i can have something else or if they have store credit . He told me that he been doing this for 6 years and no one has ever ask for a refund if something was nasty . If i would give they has a no star I would . We argue for 1 hour and he didnt want to give me money back this is crazy my time working in customer service places if a customer ask for they're money just give it to them and try to make a way to that customer is happy but a law suit will be coming

I didn't know there was little coffee shop in the food court of the Aurora Mall. The barista was soft-spoken and very pleasant. I visited at 11AM and didn't wait for my coffee. They serve Starbucks coffee and they make the specialty drinks just as well as Starbucks. I like the location. It's located in the bright, open atrium and there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your coffee
