Terrible service. Was waiting for almost 20.min About 5 people came in after I had ordered, got their food and still mine wasn't ready . Put the money back on my card and left will never go there again

Beware of the difference in what the menu prices are as to what they actually charge you! Wanted to order an item said $12 but when I happened to look down at the register (which was covered for the most part) said $16 instead. When I asked about this, the young kid started to speak to me like I was stupid and couldn't read or do math. The item was chicken & prosciutto tortellini with gouda. Not prosciutto tortellini and add chicken for $4. When I pointed this out he became dumb and couldn't understand. Walked out of there and will not go back to someplace that is obviously not well established. Now I understand when I walked in there, that I was the only customer. False advertisement as well as poor customer service!

first time going to noodles and company and was certainly very satisfied! great flavors for the tortellini garlic cream pasta and the japanese pan noodles. only downside was i ordered to dine in and the food was cold :((( but the taste made up for it 10/10 flavor.

Zero urgency. You are 60% past pickup time and you don’t care. I took food without sauce because you didn’t CARE AT ALL. I’m the idiot that tipped for a pickup. Never again!!!!!

Just came Into this location and ordered a grilled Mac b cheese. Was waiting for my order, and the manager at the time I did not know told me my order would be ready shortly. She went down in the back of the building to eat. I saw her get back up while still chewing food, grab a pan, and proceed to cook. Didnt wash her hands or anything. DISGUSTING. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Very friendly management customer focused gentleman who gives reason to return. Food is ok and a bit expensive. However the friendly atmosphere and excellent service make this a very good lunch stop. Recommend.
