This location is very busy so is better of you order ahead.If you want to order when you show up you'll sometimes have to wait up to 10 minutes just to order your food and whole lot more for them to have your food ready.Update:2024 lowered my review from 3 stars to 1 stars. Ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp, so bad, all the noodles were cut up i don’t know why. Super bland and mushy. Paid about $14 after taxes.Better go somewhere else with your money, cant recommend this place.

Ordered Korean beef and Spaghetti and meatball's (meatballs are excellent). Both were fast food good, that is, not what you would expect from a Korean or Italian restaurant. Spaghetti and meatball's are so shy of sauce you have to order a side of sauce. It should be made with a proper amount of sauce. It is that why I left a 4 and not a 5. Ordered pulled pork and Mac & cheese in the past. That dish is a 5.

The food was good and the wait was short. The bathrooms could've used some attention. The coke machine didn't have any of the additional flavors, and the touch screen might have needed maintenance or calibration. Will definitely go back, the location is pretty convenient.

We ordered our food, picked it up and ate dinner at about 7pm. At 3am the food poisoning had presented itself and for the next 16 hours I had constant vomiting and diarrhea along with a migraine. I obviously could not go to work and we also had to change our flights for the holidays due to not being able to fly under these conditions. I will not be ordering anything for Noodles & Company ever again. This was absolute torture.

Always an issue at this location. Forgetting items in the to go orders that cost extra for every item, this time literally A PIECE of spinach! Always over cooked or under cooked meat, noodles way over done and soggy like just never fails. A simple dish as the mac and cheese they cant get right, its never creamy and doesn’t taste like other locations. This time managers swears he made my dish and knows it was right, but how when clearly I’m calling because once again it’s not! When dining in they so unprofessional sometimes don’t even bother to acknowledge you or act bothered by you. Just done with this location all together!

I made a pick up order right after I got off work and grabbed my food expecting it to be complete. I get home, shower, and sit down finding that not only did they not include the chicken I paid for but they also undercooked my food. I go back explain the issue, look at my order a little and expect that they finally get it right, I get home yet again and they fixed some problems but still my order is not complete and accurate. Honestly who hires these imbeciles ? Will not be using this noodles again.

Like seriously, I got only noodles and nothing else .2 pieces of brocoli and chopped onions . Where is the shrimp where are the peanuts where is the cabbage where is the egg . No sauce . I would like a refund, if I wanted just noodles I would have asked for just noodles . how do you spend over $50 and get this. This is super disappointing never coming back again.
