Absolutely love old Chicago but this location's food is never hot. Not sure if they need heat their plates first or put stuff under a hot light or maybe replace their hot light or manage time better to make sure everything comes out at once. But food is never hot. This comes from hundreds of visits over the last 15 years.

It's frustrating to keep coming into restaurants and finding the over pricing for alcohol. I want to go to restaurant to sit, relax and enjoy. Then, you get the ticket and it ruins the experience over the pricing. We had an inexperienced person at the bar who really started this off poorly. Whitney and several other people are excellent however. Last, the kitchen is inconsistent. I got a pizza last night that had hardly any cheese on it. Several nights ago, got a great pizza and had a good experience.

Ignored and forgotten by our waiter multiple times. Ordered a pepperoni pan pizza and hot wings it was served under done and doughy, w/ soggy wings we woke up the next morning vomiting w/ diarrhea and have been nauseous all day.

Food is typically good, wait can be long depending on which location u go to. We like spinach dip and their chips which are like fried. The pizza is pretty good, even my kids like it. The service could be a little better but most are shorter staffed so it is what it is.

This is my husband and I 2nd time at this location our first time beau was amazing our 2nd Kayleigh was amazing as well as the manager Tara they have great customer service very professional made our experience here both times the best ... the jalapeno pretzels are fabulous thank you guys

It's a chain restaurant with frozen food that's heated up and served. Went for a little meeting and the server didn't understand how to handle that. Passed drinks over a laptop, didn't listen to the order and brought a wrong dish, was more interested in other things than serving and most importantly they forgot to bring back the credit card but told us goodbye and moved on.Seemed clean for the most part but stuck to the table we were at.Hostess brought a to-go box out to us as we were leaving, that was left on the table, which was nice.Parking: Ample parking.Kid-friendliness: They had a kids menu and offered a booster.
