Chris gave us exceptional service. The wedge salad and loaded bake potato were worth the additional charge. The steak and lobster special was delicious. Great meal!Parking: Large parking lot in front of restaurant with parking on side also. Many handicapped parking places in front.
Steak was tough.Our server, Wilmer was pleasant, professional, kept to our every need. He asked if they steak was ok, even took it back to be cooked a bit more, he didn't know we were still not happy with it.

Mixed experience, depending on the team.I visited this location on a day when they had a full power outage during lunch service. I'm sure they remember this event because they had to close early.Everyone actually ate in the dark for 20 minutes. I had also already ordered a lunch to go, but the server told me they couldn't finish cooking the steak I ordered because there was no power to the building.This was fine because they couldn't control power to the building and didn't know when it would be restored.At the end of the service, the server brought my meal to go and said the cook was able to "finish it."Ironically, they were able to print the bill, charged full price, and accepted payment. I didn't blame the server because he was just following orders.Overall, the food was very good, but where was the manager? Everything was left to the servers to explain. The inconvenience of eating in the dark and being encouraged to hurry up and leave attitude was a bit disappointing.Once I got home, the kids were very disappointed to find the steak was tough and overcooked. I was done with Outback, but my kids really like this location.We have been back a few times since, and the staff and food have been great. Maybe that one disappointing day was just a "glitch."Hopefully, they have some protocols in place that deal with similar issues in the future.
