I don't know what happened to this place! I have always loved its seasoning but the cooks changed, no matter how hungry I was today I didn't like it at all. The chow mein was raw and hard to eat, the rice had no salt and the Orange chicken tasted horrible. Nothing had that flavor that characterized it before! Today was definitely not the right day to eat at that place!

Foods not as good as it used to be, line was backed up, employees yelling at customers back orders, too loud in background when serving customers. When paying for food, had other customers jump in front of me for mobile orders or similar. Did not include fork. Food appeared soggy, the mixed Vegetables looks especially soggy. Order time 7:30 p.m., My order similar to others by me was rushed. Did not greet me when approached to order. Did not ask for donations. Extremely disappointed.
Really bad experience they were so stingy with the food I’ve never gotten so little food for a bigger plate was charged 21.00 dollars and couldn’t even get a fortune cookie the lady had a bad attitude. Over all just a bad experience don’t recommend maybe the one on colfax is better but not this one.

This is the worst Panda service I have ever received. Very rude workers. If I was a boss I'd fire every last one except the cook. all front desk workers need to go. I had to repeatedly what I want 5 times at least with each plate i need to get it was clear as day on my end. Not going to this spot again.

I came 1/28/24 for a pick up order they said was ready and when I got there they said it wasn’t and they had no record of it. Turns out they had given my order away. When I asked if they checked the confirmation number they said yes and tried to accuse me of already taking it even though I just got there. While I was waiting for them to remake the food someone behind me ended up having the exact same problem. They skimped out on the steak we paid extra for tried not to give me the sauce I asked for and didn’t include fortune cookies which come with every order. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and the rudest employees especially the supervisor on duty.
