When I walked in just before 7pm on a Friday there were 8 people in the store that I saw and 5 were clustered together. If they can't greet a customer in the 1.5 minutes of standing there to take an order they need to find a new profession. This location has gone downhill in service since two of the ladies who were the glue to hold things together had quit.

This place is pretty good but customer service is not quite there. I've called them about my pizza multiple times and have got hung up on multiple times this is really frustrating.

I called to make an order and I simply asked if he delivered to my address and when I was in the process of giving him my address the customer service employee decided to continuously interrupt me and got a bit of a disrespectful Tone and I have autism and I sometime don't understand this the same as other do and sometimes speak fast but the way he came about it was very unprofessional and very disrespect. I will never be ordering from here nor will I go pick up food from here. This was the very first time be ordering from this specific location. And my first experience was not a good one I'd rather go to a different location or a different pizza company entirely. Do not order here if you don't have to.

Delivery orders are often fulfilled by DoorDash and there are always issues with the dasher finding the address and there is no way of contacting them. This time around my order was really late and the order was wrong as it was for another person. Attempted to call the store several times and no one answers. Would rather just order for pick up going forward or just going somewhere else completely.

I always order from Papa Johns at least once every two weeks. I always enjoy their pizza. I always ask for extra sauce, and it always has it.

They send door dash who always gets lost and I spend 20 minutes walking around trying to find them. Not worth getting delivered by them as it takes more time trying to find the door dash driver than it would to pick it up.

Ordered delivery. Door dash picked it up, I unfortunately do not speak Spanish, so it took us a minute to coordinate getting me to my food. When I met him he pulled it out vertical and I thought that's not going to turn out good. Sure enough this is what my pizza looked like. The cheese bread sticks were very tough but I have hope for the wings after all you can't mess up fried chicken, right.

Did not receive part of my order and I tried calling 5 times but they would not pick up. There is no where on the app to report missing items. I’d at least like a refund for what I did not receive

This place is terrible. I chose to tip in cash because deliveries are always late, or toppings are clumped together in a few spots. I tipped $10 for a $23 order only to get cold and stale pizza. How is this possible? Firehouse this store or close it to save your company's name.

Refused to answer the phone, sent a door dash driver instead of a delivery driver, the door dash driver demanded I meet him at Wendy's to get my food which is about a 30 minute walk from my address which I gave when placing the order.
