Ordered online they charged my card but never got confirmation so contacted the store and the manager proceeded to tell me that apparently the snow makes customer fucking psycho then hung up on me. I proceeded to go to the store and she then called me an asshole and told me she wouldn't do business with me. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me!

Went ahead and ordered some pizzas from here just to find out after 30 minutes of waiting that they cancelled the order without notifying me all because DOORDASH doesn’t deliver to my address. And no, I didn’t not order from DOORDASH.

Ordered my food at 6pm for delivery to my residence. at 8pm the pizza the food was still not delivered so i called to see what’s up. when i call i tell the lady i was checking the status of my order as i ordered about 2 hours ago and still haven’t received my order and she replied “i’m extremely busy right now can ill be back with you in 5 minutes” after telling her it’s been 2 hours can i please be a priority she then puts me on hold. Comes back on the line and lets me know the food was still at papa john’s… i was like so what’s going on? turns to it they have no drivers and are using grubhub drivers… i’m so confused as how that’s my issue as i ordered directly from the papa johns app. i told the manager if the pizza wasn’t picked up couldn’t there be a courtesy call to let us know of their issue. which the manager stated they haven’t had a driver in 4 months!!!! I offered to go pick it up if there was any way to get a refund for this huge inconvenience. the “manager” refused to give me a refund and let me know it was not her problem they had no drivers.If she’s truly the manager that’s clearly the reason they have no one and no one wants to work. unprofessional. and uses her pregnancy to be rude.our order was canceled.

This Guys always save me! Whenever I come and get pizza for an event, super fast and friendly. The manager is so quick to jump and help and what I like the most is that as I’m waiting to pick up my order she’s encouraging her crew.Kid-friendliness: Would encourage teenagers to work here definitely great atmosphere!

Service was a bit slow and seemed somewhat unorganized. Taste of the pizza seemed different - the meats were saltier than usual; however, my family loved the cheesy crust.

Recently, Papa Johns has changed how it delivers pizza, and now I'm "no longer within radius of the store" for delivery. They no longer have internal store delivery drivers and are dependent upon a third-party delivery service. As my wife has allergies to Garlic and Onions, Papa Johns and this store was the only option for Pizza previously, and we ordered over a hundred of pizzas from them over the years. Now, Delivery Pizza isn't even an option any longer. Super Annoyed. Additionally, waiting 5 to 10 days for reimbursement of payment via website is also highly unacceptable.

HELD PIZZA HOSTAGE FOR TIPPaid online without tip for carryout. When showed up, they showed us the receipt for signature and wouldn't provide pizza until we "signed the receipt..." they only do this if no tip provided. Tip saturation is getting out of control. Why am I tipping for NO personal care for my order like you would find in a sit down restaurant?

So you got a pizza spot 5 minutes from your house ( drive time per google maps). Dont wanna pack up the kids on a cold night to go pick it up so you order a pizza, gives you an eta of 25 minutes putting it at 5:05-5:15 so you check it at 5:10 and it says eta 5:25 so at 5:25 you check it and it says eta is now 5:35-5:45....so it gets to 5:40 and your kids are complaining so you call the store... And get put on hold for five minutes, hang up, and then you call right back miraculously immediately have someone to talk to and two minutes after that the driver pulls up. Five minutes away... And seven minutes after calling them. But its cool, there's a different pizza spot up just a couple more minutes away... Better service=better pay kids.

I called the store have an order remade as the origina order that we picked up was inorrect.Innocent enough one would think. The person that answered (after already having a negative experience with the call center) was an extremely confrontational individual that (when asked) threw her district manager title in front of her name. District manager Katie. (Most DM's I've ever worked with never would have had the misfortune of weekend closing shifts but who am I ...)I am one appalled by the horrific customer service experience that followed. Intentional effort was put forth to provide such a poor level of customer service. Effort was placed to threaten to end my patronage with this particular location. Effort happen when I was hung up on by someone that should really rethink a customer service career path.The experience escalated when I asked if she was going to make my order right.No.So you're willing to risk a negative online review?Katie: I receive the emails that control what goes online in our reviews and your negative post will not negatively impact me or this store. (not exact words but close)And all of this from what ultimately was a call center mistake that I was asking to be made right.

Im surprised by the other reviews, we order from here quite often. The service has NEVER been super late seems to get here on time or even early. The pizza are always exactly what I ordered and every delivery driver has been awsome. Please remember! The delivery fee is not part of the drivers tip. Hell even one of the last big snow storms they delivered my pizza right on time....

Crazy how the workers do NOT wash there hands going from the register to making pizzas. This lady I assume is the manager just did that, not only that but she has long nails no gloves, no hair net. I didn't know that was ok in the food industry? I'm done. This is how people get sick..
