I gave such a low rating because when I got my pizza and brought it home, I was about to take my pizza out of the wrapping when I noticed that the workers decided it was a good idea to put the paper they usually put on the pizza, they directly put on my pizza, so the sauce soaked in the paper and was sticking to the pizza doe, it was really gross, I don't plan to ever going to that Papa Murphys again. I love Papa Murphys, but this location really sucks.

I ordered a Chicago pizza with extra pepperoni. On the pizza that I received there was no extra pepperoni and the pizza did not even come close to what I ordered--huge amount of onions and green peppers--hardly any sausage. Didn't find pepperoni on the pizza at all. I gave a generous tip as well--what the heck? No manager or quality control? I paid for something that I would not even save or reheat. Bye Bye Papa Murphy.

I ordered a family size specialty pizza. The girl on the phone said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived 40 minutes later and no one had made my pizza. Then they made one and rushed it. Worst pizza I have ever gotten from papa murphy’s. Very poor service.

Ordered a dairy free gourmet vegetarian online on a Tuesday and was charged $26 for a pizza that was definitely not gourmet vegetarian. We normally don't have any issues with this location but the pizza, the service, and the overall experience tonight was awful. With our order, I added bacon and olives. There was no artichokes, chopped onions, green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms or spinach which all come on the gourmet vegetarian. We barely got any dairy free cheese, a lot of bacon, olives, and zucchini. I double checked my order confirmation and receipt to make sure I didn't mess.

Ordered online. 30 mins for the pizza to be ready. It wasn't. Had to go up to the counter and ask when my pizza was going to be ready. They had to go through the tickets to find mine. They did get done right away though. But still why order online and give a time when it will be ready and it wasn't even on the top of the list to be made. This has happened to me 3x at this location.
Ordered a take out pizza and they are supposed to measure the cheese and topping with provided cups, bowls and scales for cheese. None of the young kids working there did not even measure nothing!! They just use their hand and just put what ever! Pizza had skimpy toppings! Had problems before with this store closing early before closing times! Will not be going back to this location! Needs new management and re- training employees!!
