I can't rave about this place enough, if you love getting a little sweet treat, this is the bakery for you. They're open most of the day, the pastries are delicious, the sandwiches are yummy, the bread is fresh, the cakes aren't too sweet. I grabbed one of their pre-made cakes for my birthday this last year, and it was a hit! The employees are always nice and they have a nice sitting area as well. Their coffees are better than Starbucks, but it can be hit or miss.

I love this spot. I used to go to Tous Les Jours, but then I found Paris Baguette. I prefer this place because they have more variety of pastries (sweet and savory) and a full coffee and tea menu too. Everything has been delicious. It's clean here, the employees are friendly, and it's a great spot to sit and catch up with friends before errands since it's close to shopping and groceries.Parking: The parking can fill up in the area directly in front due to the strip of popular shops, but there's almost always parking around the corner :)
Yum yum! Get the orange cream croissant and the Buffalo flat bread. I'll be back. Oooh, almost forgot I bought my friend the blueberry cake and she said it was the best cake she's ever had.

Last Friday I had the opportunity to invite a co-worker to taste a delicious bread with a coffee and we were served by Daniela if I remember correctly (A Mexican woman from Durango) BEAUTIFUL in every way, she advised us what to order and her The treatment was so integrated and professional that my applause goes completely to the Managers and each and every one of their employees. This bakery is not good at clear labeling that items have pork. I bought a pastry that listed the ingredients and it did not list any meat. Then when I took a bite it had pork. When I went back to look at the label, the part (I’m guessing) that mentioned bacon was completely covered by the holder of the label so you can’t see it. This is the second time this has happened to me so I probably won’t go back.

I drive on Havana all the time but I didn't know the place was there until this last Sunday. The selections of the pastries are huge, probably the biggest one can find in Denver area, and everything we tried was so good - I wonder how long it would take to try all if we go through 3 kinds each week! The sandwiches were equally good, I tried my favorite, egg salad, and man, I wish the place were closer - no plan to open one in Westminster area? Haha. If they have unsweetened latte (what I had was matcha latte,) it would be even better (especially Asian patrons like myself might like it unsweetened). I can't wait to go back!

I really had high hopes for this place based on reviews and appearance. We got the tiramisu cake for birthday and it wasn't bold enough on the coffee taste. It tasted very creamy. Texture was great though. We got a sandwich which was good but the salad wasn't clean. The lettuce had dirt on it. I got a matcha latte and it tastes like nothing but sugar. All the baked goods looked amazing so I'm willing to give them a try.

I’ve never like shouting out in a restaurant or cafe when order is ready nor different cultured music coming from the kitchen. It takes away from the pleasant music in the dining area.
