The drinks are okay....usually. The service is hit or miss...sometimes they play some horrible non family friendly music, so I have to take the kids outside to wait... Management really needs to make sure the music playing in the store is not garbage and vulgar.

My husband and I love this place. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I love coffee and he loves tea so this is a great option for us. The Flan Café Frappe is excellent.

Cute lil boba tea spot with a homelike cafe ambiance. Orders are taken almost 100% completely by AI or kiosk. I have never waited in a line, or even waited for an open computer to order. My drinks were made perfectly matching my ticket even with several substitutes requested. The fruit teas have been refreshing and light, perfect when it's hot outside. The popping boba was plentiful and balanced with my tea excellently. i recommend any avid tea drinker to check them out

We have been going to Presotea on E Hampden for several months and have always had excellent service. The flavors are delicious and the boba is soft and sweet. They stay soft which is a nice change from other companies we have tried. Amy is friendly and attentive. She knows us well enough that she starts to make our drinks the moment we walk in. Our favorites are Taro and Genmaicha. Lobby is always well kept. This is our go to place. Thank you Amy for excellent customer service!
