I ordered doordash from this location. I got a cheese quesadilla and three sides that were included in the $11 i paid for it. Once i got it i realized none of the sides i got were in my order, so i drove to the store to get them because i was craving this meal. however, upon my arrival, after letting the staff know i didn't receive anything, she said nothing and just asked what i got. when i told her she let me know they were "out" of guac... which seems pretty hard for a mexican establishment, and especially for a fast food chain, it just felt like she didn't want to go through the effort of grabbing any from the back. she didn't offer any alternatives and i was clearly disappointed... i got no apology at all that the items were forgotten, or that i had to drive to the store to get them even though the whole point of me ordering out was to stay in tonight... really disappointed with the service and overall lack of initiative and responsibility.

Qdoba is my absolute favorite place to grab a bite! Their food is always fresh and delicious, and I love that I can customize my meal exactly how I like it. Whether it's a burrito, bowl, or tacos, they never disappoint. Plus, their staff is friendly and the service is quick. I can't get enough of their tasty queso either! Qdoba definitely gets a five-star rating from me.

The person serving us was not very professional. She wore the same gloves after ringing up a customer in front of us and for our order. Later, I noticed hetalking on the phone, walking around outside with the same gloves on. Then came on and didn't change them for another customer. Very unsanitary.

Food is always cooked and ready in a timely manner. I wish they'd bring back the impossible meat option.
My wife and I came in somewhat late, like 9-ish, after getting home from a late flight. I didn’t get the name of the employee working alone by then, but she put in real effort, was tremendously kind, and honestly just made what was supposed to be a run-of-the-mill experience really, really pleasant. I couldn’t ask for more after a full day of plane travel. If I see that woman again, I will add her by name to my review. I should have remembered it, but I didn’t think of posting a review until we had already left. Thank you, woman with brown hair, for more-or-less making our day. You didn’t have to be nice, but you were.

So the little mixed girl working tonite really needs an attitude adjustment. They way she threw the food in the bowl I'm good with that. Never again will I come back
So it's 10:15 and I was looking to get food for my mother who is in the hospital l. It says on google and the front door they are open until 10:30 , yet when I arrived the doors were locked and the staff was very unprofessional , coming to the door and said they were closed I even asked are you sure yet they denied service , extremely upsetting. Oh well was looking forward to putting a smile on my moms face.

Absolutely horrible service. I walked in the store and was not greeted nor helped for five minutes after entering the store. Whole staff needs training. I was started at as they continued to have there conversations . The female who was supposed to be manager was rude. She wasn't listening and out the wrong stuff on my bowl i asked a new one to be made instead of her taking it off like she was doing and she made a big deal and told me to speak up when asking what i want on my bowl. She has horrible customer service and im sure you guys would not someone like her representing qdoba. She needs to be re trained and made sure she's following qdobas expectations.

We went on Oct. 31st when there was a BOGO special going on. They were slammed. It did take longer than usual because of how busy they were, but the staff handled it well. We always like the fact that queso & guacamole are included in the price. Their queso is SO good we always have to get an order of chips & queso in addition to what they put on our bowl. It was a great meal at a great price.

Halloween night w a bogo deal on the app that was being glitchy as h**l. Large group of individuals going out of their way to be rude and degrading. The cashier was doing her BEST to keep it together until she broke a bottle of soda......i felt sooo bad for the young lady. There was ONLY two ladies working and they were doing an AMAZING JOB trying to accommodate everyone despite the obvious lack of respect. The food was great and still warm and tasty despite being a pick up and getting stuck behind this group of chaos. Great Job ladies. Happy Halloween from two happy hungry pirates.
