I came in after work a little after 11 pm so it was pretty late and they had both drive thru’s all the way to the stop sign. I decided to go in and order and all of em were hustlin as fast as they could. I told them they were really busy this late and they said that they’re understaffed and almost everyone who was there was supposed to already be off but they all stayed to help out. I really appreciate yall havin an awesome staff working tonight. I work in food and know how it can be especially when it gets busy after your team members are supposed to be off and they all had a positive attitude and did the best they can!

Past couple times I came here there was issues. 1st time no canes sauce, second time had to wait in line for over 20 mins with no exit not to mention the employees can’t even work the intercom. Worst canes in the aurora area.

Food is AMAZING. Everything is good but dang the wait for drive through can literally be up to ONE HOUR. Like it’s good but even in n out in front of them either a bigger line will advance like super super fast unlike here the wait is forever you’ll be sleepy by the time you get your food. Apart from that the food is great and so is the staff they’re all amazing but seriously fix that wait because they take too long ?
I was unhappy with a service I had a couple days prior and the manager reached out to me and completely made me feel better by giving me what I had ordered before again and this time the service was much better and the food was much better and I'm no longer so dissatisfied with it. Thank you for reaching out to me because the second time around I see it really wasn't that bad it must have just been a hiccup in the day that's all.
