Mushroom burger had no mushrooms. Fries were brought to our table long before the awful burger, but they tasted good. Food runner was dressed as if he had been working at a construction site in the winter. Seriously, he was wearing a winter hat with ear muffs. The place was full of very loud children so we had to literally yell to have a conversation.

This used to be my favorite restaurant. The last two times I have gone, the burgers have lost their flavor and the beef seems lower quality. I went with a group of 7 people and the majority of us did not like the burgers, they were disgusting. I was worried I was going to get sick. Very disappointed with how the food quality has gone down. We did have a great waitress so that is appreciated. I don’t want any type of refund or gift certificates, I am just sharing in hopes the quality goes back to where it used to be.

Food was great. Server was kind, friendly, and brought out more fries without asking. The only issue was that the restaurant was cold inside. Y wife and children were very cold the entire time. Others, including employees, were wearing jackets and sweatshirts.

Wife and I stopped in for burgers and beers.Our wings were luke warm at best, burger was okay, waited forever to get refills and the bottomless fries were one refill.I think it was due to us sitting in the bar area and the bartender was trying to take care of 20ish people. There was one chick that would filter through occasionally and would help if we asked.They were have everything there for a good time just missed this one.

I went here to kill some time while I waited to gain access back into my apartment complex. I was seated immediately when I arrived. The bartender, Mel, was my waitress and she was fantastic! She would periodically check on me to see if I needed any refills or if I wanted to order anything else. I had the Tsunami Shrimp which came out in minutes, The Works Pizza with Cauliflower crust which was delicious, and the Chocolate Pretzel and Caramel shake which was amazing. Not to mention a few beers. My phone was unfortunately dead so I couldn’t take pictures but everything was perfect!!!

Maureen our server was very friendly. She recommended things on the menu, which were delicious. The manager stopped by just to say hi and check on us. Overall the environment and the staff made our meal enjoyable. We will definitely come back here.

Nothing like entering a resturaunt, being sat, and then being ignored by wait staff for a solid 20 minutes after being sat immediately. The place wasn't busy either. Would've loved to eat here but we decided to leave and grab a burger elsewhere.

We were disappointed, we ordered two milk shakes and only got one. One order was supposed to have coleslaw, but came with sweet potatoe fries instead and another meal was missing the Mac and cheese side. So we will not be ordering delivery from there again. So disappointing.
