If I could a one star review I would. We were nice enough to come in to ask for an exchange on my bf’s drink… but the manager/owner or whoever she is, was rude! She called him picky to his face. When all he asked was for an exchange..she took the drink to the back for who knows what, came back and said he was picky. Not only was the boba all slimy and so soft that it fell apart but the drink was super sweet! I’ve had it before and this location was by far the worse. Do not come here

I ordered a coffee crema with ice cream and tapioca pearls, and was unsatisfied with the texture of the pearls. When I asked for an exchange due to the quality of the drink, the owner took my drink, tried it in the back, and came back out and called me “picky”. Terrible customer service.

Stopped by today (Saturday) at 5pm and they're closed. No explanation on the door either. Love the drinks here, would just appreciate either more accurate hours or at least a sign explanating why you're closed.

The past 3 times I came here, they did not have boba. It’s pretty frustrating that they aren’t constantly making boba. I even called to make sure they had some & when i showed up they didn’t have enough.

Billy is a great worker! He talked to me in a friendly and helpful manner and got me exactly what I wanted after a couple minutes of talking things through. He's a great example of good customer service.Their Thai tea with the mini boba pearls is incredible. I'll certainly be coming back.

Extremely sweet drink - I've been to share teas in three different cities and it's pretty clear these employees didn't have proper training. Ordered a 50% sweet drink and it tasted like 200%. I order this drink every time, and this drink has to have been at least 25% syrup. The boba was extremely mushy and they filled half the drink up with it. Employee made an excuse saying the syrup was too sweet with no offer to remake it.

I got a small milk tea and asked for less sugar and less ice. It was extremely sweet. We also got the coffee with tea and it was much better.

The drinks weren't bad other than a little too sweet and the shop is very clean and has a great atmosphere. However, the drinks are WAY overpriced (even with inflation!), the staff wasn't thrilled to be working and the thermostat was set to sauna mode the day we went in so it was very uncomfortable spending any time inside. I would definitely not go back.

Usually, sherity is awesome but I went in and ordered my drink the coffee with ice cream. And they handed me some strawberry looking thing and I. Said I'm sorry this is not what I ordered. And the boy seemed very put off and became rude...... They made me my drink with no problem but at no time. Did I say strawberry or anything like it? So I'm not sure why they were so put out by making the wrong drink. I prefer the charity and Westminster. They know my drink before I even walk through the door and they're always super nice

Edit: After seeing the response from the store, I would like to add more information. There were definitely more than just two people there. At the time we walked in, there were three people behind the counter making drinks. Also, it’s not just the fact that it took awhile to get our drinks, it’s that there were people who ordered after us who got more drinks and received their orders before I received mine. Also in the reply to the review, they mention nothing about the problems with the quality of the drinks I received, which really goes to show that they don’t care about what they’re serving to people. As a customer, if the quality of the products I received was amazing, then none of the staffing issues or wait time issues would have been a problem.I wish I was able to get the same good experience as a lot of other people on here, but unfortunately I did not. The first thing that was an issue was the wait time. When we had ordered, we were the only people that had been waiting for drinks as everyone else had gotten theirs and left. There were a couple people that came in after us and ordered and got their drinks before we had gotten our two drinks. Basic coffee milk tea and milk tea drinks, at that. We waited around 15 minutes. Then, when we had gotten our drinks, we tried them and they just weren’t that good. My coffee milk tea tasted more like stale black tea with just a splash of coffee. I paid an extra 75 cents for the brown sugar sauce, which I didn’t even get. I also paid 75 cents extra for boba pearls and the boba pearls tasted undercooked. They were hard and powdery in the middle. Very disappointing to be spending just over $15 on two boba drinks that were of no good quality.
I got amazing drinks! I like how I can customize the sugar level. The place was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Service is mediocre, staff seems like they hate their life. Doesn't even greet the customer and when asked how are you. Doesn't respond and just stares. Giving it 2 stars since the tea was okay.

Overall the drinks are good but I'd say is 50/50 whether they have tapioca balls or not.
Everything is AMAZING!!! The quality of the tea/boba, atmosphere, customer service is all top tier. Im addicted and go here way more than I should. Literally THE BEST BOBA I have ever tasted. They make it fresh daily. Incredible! I've started to order from the app and now when I get there, they even walk my drink out to me, which they do not have to do . Give them all of your money.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went with the classic Pearl milk tea and mango passion fruit tea, both were amazing! Love how customizable the drinks are since we don’t like overly sweet flavors.
