They have the best banchan in town. Their kimbop is so yummy and my fav comfort food. Love this place even better after they renovated the whole place. Super clean with open kitchen

We were in town for one night and were happy to find this spot. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and it was a great treat to find an Indian restaurant with so many GF & DF choices as well as vegan ones. We enjoyed everything and the spicy lanb didn’t disappoint. I especially loved the onion bhaji.

This little business is in the same plaza as Tous Le Jours. The sign is in Korean so look for the window that says Kimchi. The staff does speak primarily Korean and the labels are in Korean as well. There is a staff that does speak English and she is so nice. The kimchi is one of the best that I've had in Colorado so I bought a tub of it for $15. There are other banchans that they make such as seaweed salad, eggplant, green beans, and pickled cucumbers that they only make around the summer time. Each is like $8 each. The kimbap was delicious. You get two rolls for $8.Overall, be patient and kind. It's a nice way to incorporate more veggies and fermented foods in your diet.

These ladies cook better than any of the restaurants in town IMO. The food is authentic and good. They should put up a sign in English if they want more business, but they might be busy enough already.

Pig trotters were the best. The raw radish that came with it was also the best.I don't live here, but if I get a chanceI really want to visit again

The sweetest ladies ever! Traditional Korean banchan & cuisine. They’re primarily a catering place but make things for to-go everyday. You’ll find out of the ordinary kimchi variants, and even homemade cozy ready made food for a quick meal. The owners are so kind & cute! They even offered us tons if discounts on the fresh food at the end of the day.

I enjoyed the dishes from here more than five years, but it was terrible jokbal today(just bone and skins). I paid $30 for it. I had to have another dish instead of it for dinner.

I had a larger catering order of six different dishes from shintoburi and asked them not to include sesame seeds because of a severe allergy. I called them twice during the week and stopped by the week of the pick up to remind them not to put any seeds in the dishes. However, when we picked up, every single dish had sesame seeds.. There was no regret or apology, just a little attitude. :(

The workers are talking while prepping the food and you can see spit flying. No one is wearing a hairnet or gloves. Major hygiene issue here. Don't buy anything from this place it's unsanitary.
