This location met and exceeded every expectation of mine. By far the best food, service and atmosphere of all Smashburgers I have visited. The manager and front counter gentleman I encountered both remembered me after only one prior visit to this location. I had set out to have a burger with my younger son and as we were on the way to the Southlands location my son reminded me of this location we had visited about a month ago. BY FAR better than any other location including the Southlands location which is supposed to be a training store. This WILL be my new location for a good burger.

Customer service is 0. There was no one to start with after waiting a young Hispanic kid comes and mean mugs the whole time I am ordering if I was having a bad day we having a different conversation. And he yelled at his older coworker in front of customers what the heck is going on wow

They'll overcharge you, mess up your order, and then get angry at you when you point it out. Just a sad excuse for a company, really. It's also overpriced but the "quality" level is like Burger

I've had the jackfruit burger from smash burger a few times and loved it. Last two times I ordered the Jack and Annie's Colorado burger soggy and soggy bun! The fries were also so greasy. Will go anywhere but here in the future. This location is creepy and empty... I understand why.

If I could give a 0 to this place, I would!! Carlos the cashier was very rude! When asked if this was the LG sweet potato fries, he answered in a rude manner yes. Then when another person placed an order, she asked about if the burger came with condemints, he was rude and asked what do you want. Place just opened for the day, the bathroom floor was very greasy feeling, not clean. Will not come back

I came to this location with my friends. The guy with a black beard and some tattoo on his neck did not show us any customer service behavior from placing our order till we left. Yelling at us we are closing and kicking the doors (attitude) looking at the time when we are placing our orders. What I saw is that we were unwelcome by him.

The entire building smelled like an airport bathroom at 9 am, as if the sewer inverted itself and was now on the surface. After getting my food, I decided on the way home to throw it away out of an abundance of caution. Won't go to this location again.

I came in and dined. I was Pleasantly surprisedOn how the service and food was. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything.the burger was delicious . I will definitely be coming
I have been to other smash burger locations and they're great. This one is not. WAY too much of the condiments, place is always completely empty (this should have been my first sign) and the employees are not very kind. Meat was overcooked.
