Not a big fan of this Starbucks location. The last couple times I’ve been to this location there’s been tons of homeless people hanging around. It’s good that their nice to these people but I’ve been coming for years and now it seems like there just letting them live there. The other Green valley location doesn’t have homeless people hanging around. Additionally I ordered a coffee on the app before I came and waited an additional ten minutes. I had to notify the barista that I ordered a drink. It wasn’t even in the que. Extremely bad customer service and unsafe environment. Avoid this location

We ordered two drinks and added extra Carmel and an extra shot of espresso at the end. Unfortunately, as the name of the espresso shot makes me think, the affogatto shot was forgotten and the drink was just poured out from all the extra Carmel just put on top to make room for the espresso shot when we mentioned it wasn't in there. So expensive already and just wanted our once every year treat. Not worth it.

Lazy employees love to close the lobby at 9 pm when it is posted as 10 pm. Inconvenient and frustrating when you plan to work then get cut off. If your lobby closes at 9 pm put it on the schedule as such.

Went into this location yesterday for my mobile order and i realized I misunderstood the menu online. I thought i ordered a hot drink which only comes iced. when I expressed my concerns the barista Faith was quick to fix it with no fuss. She remade the drink to my liking and didn’t ask any questions doing it! I appreciate service like this because it is hard to find these days, will be returning!

Ordered through the app as we left Denver on I-70 early in the morning. Food & drinks were ready in minutes. I wanted extra cream and the barista was quick to help and very nice. The store was clean and inviting.

Wow this Starbucks has a male who is extremely rude. Based on the reviews I’m assuming he is the manager. It was a male that was absolutely rude. He should not be in the position he is in. I thought I was over reacting but when I came to the reviews I see he is clearly a problem. I wonder if Starbucks will look into this. The store closed earlier than advertised and when I questioned this he went into crazy defensive mode.
Ordered latte and as coming by drive through window was charged for 3 different things and none of those were latte, very unhappy

Would love to give the food a higher rating but they're advertising things they don't have, it's very easy to put a 'sold out' sign rather than ignoring me at the counter to chat with a coworker and then being curt and short with me. ? tipping in America has become expected... you already get paid for doing the bare minimum job. Tips are for above and beyond. Just disappointing.

This location at least with one of the males that work there was extremely offensive and gave me a cold drink with me asking for it to be hot and refused to make another unless I paid for it? When I already paid for a drink that was made cold with the weather being 30 degrees I didn’t say iced or a cold drink, you’re not the one paying for this drink nor drinking it. You know what I did I went and bought a Nespresso so I do not have to deal with someone’s bad day or racist issues they have at this specific location! Usually never have a problem the females are always very nice but this was my last straw with this power wanting male.

Pray you don’thet Alyssa at the drivethru. She offers very little in the way of customer service. She was very unwelcoming and was almost boastful about being out of every lunch sandwich. She left me feeling like I will never return here again.
