This Starbucks is about 2 minutes from my home and I would rather drive 10 minutes to another Starbucks than order from here. I’ve ordered twice and both times the coffee has been horrible. I ordered two caramel macchiatos and when my partner and I drank them, we both had to spit it out. It was mostly water, it tasted burnt and sour. This is the second time this has happened when I order coffee there. I genuinely think they don’t put coffee and are charging people for dirty water.

This location is 1 minute from my house and i now drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to ANY other location. I dont know why its so hard for them to make consistent drinks and follow a recipe book. All year round the only drink I get is a Matcha latte with extra Matcha, every single time I would get it at this location it would come out looking like straight up milk with nowhere near the amount of Matcha I requested. So I started going to a different location. This last week I wanted something different, a chai so I figured that was simple enough and a safe bet to go to this location. However, my chai tasted like water this morning. I’ve never in my life had a Starbucks mess up a chai latte. One time I mentioned that my drink was wrong to the lady and asked if she could simply put an extra scoop of Matcha in and she told me absolutely not that she’d have to remake the whole drink and she’s not doing that. So the service sucks too. Get it together Starbucks!

I really love this location. I usually go to the one on South Park road but they are not very nice at greeting you early in the morning. This location always has a smile on their face.

WHAT’S WRONG WITH THIS PICTUREOrdered a grande ice coffee with a shot of espresso and requested LIGHT ICE. I literally finished it in 2 swallows. What a ripoff!
