Zero people skills unless your also Hispanic. No welcome or anything, just a stare. Hispanic gentleman came in 30 seconds later and got a giant Spanish welcome. Asked for extra cheese and didn't get it also, ordered light banana pepper and received extra. Charged for large drink when asking for regular.
Just stopped in and found a clean store, friendly and competent staff, and a well-made sandwich. Even though they were quite busy, they were attentive and pleasant without making customers feel rushed. Will definitely choose this location again.

For a subway, the service is fast, the staff knows what they're doing (I used a coupon and they let me know what sandwiches I could/couldn't get,) and they heated up my sandwiches and cookie too. Definitely the subway I will continue to go to in Aurora.
