After a long hiatus since 2011 from any Subway restaurant, my recent visit to the Subway at 2203 S Peoria St, Aurora, CO 80014, was nothing short of a delightful surprise. Had a coupon for buy a footlong, get one free. Initially they were going to accept it, then someone else jumped in and said they don’t take them. Spent almost $30 on two footlongs I really didn’t want. (Would have gotten 6 inch and a different sandwich). Coupon does say participating locations. But who knows how to find which locations are participating. Overall very disappointed in customer service that the store and Subway advertising.

To be honest Subway used to be the best but with places like firehouse and jersey Mike's subway i don't think has a better quality, especially now that they are more expensive to get two meals versus firehouse right down the road. Quality and taste and innovation just isn't there anymore.
