It’s A shame that people can be so lazy. I have tried to eat from this location multiple times. When ordering in store you get the best experience this restaurant has to offer because you don’t have to deal with anyone. Unfortunately even the manager doesn’t seem to care about much as the restaurant closes early and the staff is rude. There unfortunately is no ambition or drive to do anything better amongst the employees and they suck at taking orders and preparing food . Sad

Would give service 5 stars but sometimes they forget stuff. In a big truck like mine saving gas is needed so check your food.Other then that there food good and away is goodVegetarian options: They give you a vegan switch too change the menu too vegan options.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this but this taco bell seriously needs to have their management checked. My boyfriend ordered two of the online exclusive build your own cravings box’s through taco bell’s online delivery service. When we received the order, not only was it missing the two boxes entirely, but it also had a singular beefy 5 layer burrito, a soft potato taco, and two fiesta potatoes. Being that this was our final straw and the 10th time we’ve gotten our money stolen from taco bell, we tried going through their drive thru to get a refund. Not only did the cashier at the window explain to us that “the reason for the missing food in the order is because they don’t have the food items we ordered in stock”, but they also said it as if they saw nothing wrong with giving 1/3 of our order to us but still charging $20. If you don’t have the food in stock that can specifically only be bought through online ordering, then take it off the online menus for the location, or figure out a way to contact the person buying from you or the company who is managing the delivery service. It’s ridiculous that we now have over $100 unaccounted for simply because Taco Bell can’t work their delivery service properly. It’s wrong to have specific items on the menu that can only be bought through online ordering when the customer has to go through an online service that may or may not get back to them with a refund. (because they haven’t before). This location sucks and has done nothing for us but make us lose money.

AVOID - SERVED SHARP PLASTIC. Served three quarter inch piece of sharp plastic in Gordita Crunch taco. Look at the rest of the reviews, and see if that plastic would have be pleasant to swallow.

This Taco Bell was clean. The staff were very nice, however I did find a lot of inconsistencies in the food. The food was fresh though. And that "value" is gone, I'd get better value for my money elsewhere.

Came to this location today as they were having some type of business corporate party they had the lobby closed, I order my food In the drive thru get the wrong drink so the lady had to fix that then we wait 10mins everyone inside starts cheering and clapping as I’m still waiting for my food, the girl finally comes to the window and goes we are just waiting for 1 item it will be out shortly, 5 more mins has now past I finally get my food and I have missing items, I then go back threw the drive thru and tell them I have missing items and she give an attitude, I finally get home and my food is cold and the tacos are soggy I just wasted $$$ going here don’t go here when they are having a huge corporate party

Honestly the food is fine. I guess on Thursdays they open at 7:30 and they don’t have that posted anywhere. The people running it were also short staffed due to a team member not showing up, so I can understand that. However, if there’s a later opening time I’d hope that it would be posted somewhere.

Horrible service. They don't care. First, they gave me the wrong order. Then they gave me the right order but a taco was placed upside down in the bag. What a mess. Ingredient quality continues to decline. Del Taco will get my business from now on.
