I have eaten here at least 20 times before deciding to rate this place. As a late night meal this is the only spot to hit in Aurora CO. There are not many places like this open late and it's our favorite late night meal after going out. Staff is always friendly and they always hook up the portions. The shredded beef tacos are ?? and only mess with the green salsa.

This place has absolutely no reason to be as good as they are lol. Their Carne asada fries are amazing, their burritos are great. Don't expect high end because it's still fast food but this food is absolutely amazing.
The guy at the counter was super friendly. The colorado burrito was huge and way more than I could eat.

Besides long wait, the attitude of the employees is terrible. Got only 2 of my orders when I told him I needed one more instead of just taking my payment he starts arguing with me instead, terrible customer

This place has gone terribly downhill. Ordered a carne asada torta and recieved a torta with unseasoned microwaved chicken. Called to speak to someone at Taco Star about it and the person who picked up the phone answered in perfect English and an American accent. As soon as we tried to bring up the issue at hand he says "me no speak English". When we ask him to give it to someone who does speak English he simply just says "No" and hangs up.

We went tonight for dinner. Ordering the lady was super rude, and didn't give us anytime to request sauce or anything. Then when We got our food the order was wrong. When we tried to go inside to get the right order they were super rude and basically told us it was our fault. And would not help us get the right food. The manager was very rude also. I am very disappointed in the way they treated my family, and will not be coming back.
