Awful, awful, awful. Guy sweeping with a broom, pushing dust and dirt right at me as I tried to eat my food, disgusting. Took some jam out of the container, thing is disgusting and dirty. Didn't finish my food after having the dirt broomed into my food. Went to leave, told I would have to wait for 5 minutes because their "computer was resetting for the day", at 2:00 in the afternoon. Told them I could not wait, I don't have enough cash to pay the bill and they cannot hold me hostage to wait to pay, this is not my fault they are having issues with their computer. Female went to get her manager after playing with her phone, standing there, and the manager wouldn't come out because they were on a phone call! This is the reason I have not gone to Denny's in years and years, so disgusting.

I placed a to-go order for a kids meal and it took 30mins in an uncrowded restaurant. The meal came out with no plastic ware and they were out of no salt and pepper. It was an absolute disaster. Will not be returning and I don't recommend.

I went with my family we had 3 adults and 2 children. The service was great and food was excellent. The restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms. The manger was out on the floor helping the servers. We live in Loveland and we especially love this Dennys .

Let me tell you something; all those reviews be trippin'. Y'all just getting in at the wrong time. They maybe under staffed or don't have enough cooks. Maybe they got new cooks or new people. Food is always slamming. I don't know why these people trippin. Word to my mother. The apple juice is aight. Not go lie. Ambiance is old school vibes. Nothing wrong with this place! Calm down. Just get there in the morning or afternoon! Night time? Not really, cause they are short staff at night.

Ordered online since toddlers are not welcome at this Dennys location and this is the standard. The chef woke up and chose violence. Don't waste your money here!

Employees have no common sense or never worked a job before. I placed an order for pick up, went when it was ready. They made me wait an additional 15 minutes then told me I don't have an order. After showing my email confirmation she told me it got ruined and they were still making it. Asked for a refund, manager didn't come for 10 minutes and proceeded to tell me wait for my food. At this point I simply wanted my refund, and go home I let him know I barely slept. He didn't care and told me to wait then left without giving me a time estimate. I waited another 5 minutes and realized nothing was going to be done. Guess I have to dispute the transaction with my bank.

We had always liked going to Dennys but this time was such a horrible experience. They were understaffed only had two servers and one of them wasn't even doing anything. They had told us to to sit at a table and that they were going to bring menus soon. We waited for 10 minutes and they hadn't brought us anything. When I got up to get some menus I was told to wait instead. We waited for another 10 minutes and nothing. We ended leaving because we hadn't gotten any service at all and one of the servers had the audacity to say that we hadn't paid our bill when we hadn't even gotten a cup of water. She ended up rolling her eyes when we called them out as we left. I don't recommend this Dennys at all..

45 minutes to get food. Waitress should have had manager backing her up when other staff didn’t show. Waitress took orders from customers who came in after us before she took ours, and customers who ordered after us got their food before ours came out. I felt our wait was 15 minutes longer than it would have been if she was better organized. At least the food was hot and tasty.

Chelsie was really great! She got all of our food in a timely manner and fixed any issues we had! She also made sure my Togo order was put in at the perfect time.

My daughter and I dined here a few weeks ago. It started out ok until the waitress, Felisha was on a personal call on speaker serving another table. As she was on this call she was giving all her personal information on the call out loud. On top of that my order was wrong, I ordered bbq boneless wings she brought me buffalo. I let it go as I'm not a fan of sending food back. I didn't leave a tip, as my daughter and I was at my car she came outside to my car and stated that there was no tip on the table and I said that is correct. She told me that I was rude for not leaving a tip after she had served me and my daughter and for me to never come back. I told her that is why you did not get a tip and how unprofessional she had been. I felt attacked and was shocked how someone could demand a tip after being unprofessional and who did not do their job.
