This hole in the wall place was a last minute dinner decision but I lucked out with it, I can see why it has so many good reviews. I got takeout so didn’t get the full atmosphere experience, but all the food I had was very good, which I think says something about the quality of the food served in house if the takeout is that good. I got the takoyaki, tteokbokki, tornado fried rice, dumplings, and chicklet sandwich and everything was delicious. The woman at the front was also very warm and welcoming.

This place is so cool. I'm not aware of anything like it in the Denver area. It's sort of Japanese and Korean fusion. Not sure what but it's so delicious. The "cheeselet" (pork katsu with a thick cheesy middle) was fantastic as was the "tornado fried rice" i ordered which was spam fried rice inside of a big thin egg omelette dome, all on top of a reddish-brown savory sauce. It was epic-looking in presentation and I'd never seen anything like it. Great place if you want unique, fun, delicious food.UPDATEAfter having been here probably a dozen times by now, and trying most of the menu, I can still attest for the incredibility of the food. Nothing I've had was short of fantastic. The katsu entrees, the katsu bowls, the fries, the wings, the dduk bokki, the tornado fried rice, the grilled chicken, the burritos, the udon dishes, you name it. All wonderful. It's literally one of my mother and me's favorite restaurants in Aurora. The lady working there is very sweet as well. The attached photos are of a recent visit where I had the garlic parmesan seasoned fries and the chicken katsu bowl.

Will it taste like the ones in Japan? No. But was it pretty good for the price… yes. The tonkatsu was crunchy and juicy. That’s all that mattered to me. The sauce was good to my standards. $20pp for a causal dinner is pretty affordable.

This place has the best katsu ever! I loved it and it was just a cute dine-in place that you can hang with friends and family. Very family friendly which made it less overwhelming like most restaurants when it's crowded. This place is very easy and straightforward, you just go and place your order with the server behind the counter or at their kiosk and just place your order and choose a place to sit and wait for them to deliver it to your table. You must self serve yourself by getting water and other drinks. Also once you finish dining you clean up after yourself. The food I got with my husband is the Cheeselet, the Porklet, Takoyaki, and the Cold Soba Noodles. It was all amazing and bursting with flavor. I wish I could've tried everything on the menu but I'll be back again next time to try more things.

The pork katsu was okay for what it was. Not fried that well as the bottom was soggy and the meat was dry. The sauce tasted like a typical katsu sauce from a bottle. Overall, it's an okay place to try once, but I don't think I'll be coming back.

If you're looking for something a little bit different but not off the deep end strange, then this is a good restaurant to try. The restaurant appeared to be very clean. Because my wife and I had never been to this restaurant we didn't know what or how to order the meals, but the cashier was very Informative and went the extra step to make recommendations. The food was good. We visited for dinner, but I would imagine it would make more sense to go for lunch, because of the way the food is served. People get their meal on a tray then they walk to their seat, and when they're done they take their tray and put it on the counter. I know this sounds kind of random and it felt random, that's why I mention it. The price is affordable there were 2 of us and we didn't spend over 30 bucks. I would recommend this place to a friend especially if you're looking for something different, clean, affordable, and most importantly tasty.Parking: Reasturant is in a shopping center. The parking lot is big and busy, but there is always parking available.Kid-friendliness: They dont have a play place, but It's as kid friendly as anywhere else.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't recall any handicap section that doesn't mean there wasn't one, but the way the reasturant is set up, somebody with a wheelchair would have no issues ordering their food and pulling up to a table.

The establishment is clean, cozy and inviting, food is great and the gentleman at the front counter was super friendly and attentive. I found the prices to be reasonable, too, for the quality of the food you get. The Takoyaki (octopus balls) were delicious!!! Already looking forward to coming back to try some of the other things on the menu!

Visited twice, both on weekends, just around their opening time and had no problem with getting seated.I frequent this area for the supermarket within the complex and have always noticed people outside this restaurant waiting their turn to dine. This would be weekends noon to around 2pm, so, I decided to try them out, too.Have so far tried:Tornado RiceThe PorkcutletDdukbokkiThe Tornado Rice can be ordered either with bacon or spam. I got the bacon and it is ?. Will definitely try with spam in my next visit. The Porkcutlet undoubtedly, deserves to be the header of the Pork let.It is crispy delicious yet tender, served freshly cooked.I love their miso soup (offered as a side). For me, it is a great palette cleanser and delicious.Food presentation is excellent, not to mention their dinnerware which can easily pass for a high-end restaurant. My only disappointment? Coffee is not offered in their menu and no ice. I had to forego my drink of choice ☕ and got soda on both my visits but, was told they did not have ice.On both occasions, their sodas were not cold.Though the place is small, it is very clean!Service is ?.The lady who was on duty was very friendly, polite and professional. As a customer, I felt very welcome and appreciated.Definitely will be a favorite!

Look to spend about $15-20 per person but you will know where your money went. Quality food and more than enough to fill you up.

Been wanting to try this place for a while and finally did today and we were not disappointed. We ordered so much because I wanted to try it all and we loved everything we got. Great food and good presentation. What we appreciated the most was the service. The lady at the front was so polite and attentive. She checked in on us regularly and took care of our needs and spoke to us about the food and so on. It was just the best service I’ve experienced in a while. We will certainly be back!
