Unfortunately, my experience at Tofu Story left much to be desired. While their menu offered a variety of tofu-based dishes, they fell short of expectations. The flavors lacked depth and felt like it needed more salt. Additionally, the service was subpar, with slow and inattentive staff barely checking up on us. In addition to the underwhelming food and service, it was disappointing to discover that Tofu Story automatically added an 18% gratuity to the bill granted we were a big party. I felt like an 18% tip wasn’t deserved, especially considering the lackluster experience overall.

Went in the afternoon and the place was clean and not yet busy. The waitress was attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. We ordered eight different dishes and the portions are sharable. This place is a must-try.

Love the tofu soup, we got the regular spicy which is perfect. The galbi is too sweet for me.The grilled fish was so salty and not fresh )I forgot to take photo ) but I love all the side dish except the fresh squid, maybe because it’s my first time having a fresh squid hehe.Love the tea!

My new favourite Korean restaurant. Food is great, the servers are so friendly and accommodating. I'm a huge tofu lover and their house made tofu is amazing. It's so soft and practically melts in your mouth. I also do love eating their spicy raw marinated crabs even though it's a messy meal, totally worth it. I highly recommend Tofu Story and will continue going back.

The plot to this Tofu Story started with a modest, pleasant and clean space, aesthetically, it feels very much like eating in a new restaurant in east asia with tea to start. The main dishes were good portions, and well accompanied by a solid cast of side dishes. The bonchon were on point and happily refilled by the attentive staff. The purple rice was delightful too! All in all, worth a reread.

There are bean sprouts in the kkakttugi bowl. Soap on top of rice...Indeed.....that's right.

This place gets my Korean stamp of approval; especially if you're into spicy tofu soup (I would personally recommend the seafood tofu soup).11JAN24 Update: even after going every 2 or 3 weeks, this place is consistently GOOD.

Delicious soondubu. Probably the best in Colorado. I also really like their cheese pork katsu. Service is good and the restaurant is very aesthetic.

We stood in front of the entrance waiting for 7-8 minutes, and there were about 3 customer tables inside, but no one even gave us any information about our tables.I went to the checkout counter and asked if I could sit in an empty seat, but they said I couldn't sit and instructed me to keep waiting. The worst service was an elderly woman. I hope she doesn't exist when I visit again, but please don't serve me like that. I feel like the image of the household will be tarnished because of that woman. "I'm sorry for making you wait. I'll get back to you soon." I think it's standard to say, "I'll give it to you," but as a business owner, I don't train my employees that way.

Omg I was looking for galbijjim (braised short ribs) with cheese and this place delivered! I also LOVE spicy raw marinated crab (gaejang) so I definitely will be getting that next time. Everything we ate was delicious!

I really really love this place but anytime you come here and they are a slight hint of busy, service is impacted significantly. Meanwhile the solution seems simple, we all know times are hard especially on businesses. Take this review with a grain of salt. Come if you’re willing to wait and ring the bell for service after no one has tended to you. The food is that good.
