Oy, Thursday, March 28, 2024, I bought a donkey with a hoe.....but it didn't have a hoe, just a ton of rice and beans, that's very bad and they also charge extra for paying with the card.....no gud no good

Was greeted right away and was able to place my order quickly. However had to wait 20minutes for 4tacos and a torta, when the place didn’t seem very busy. Food was okay, the tortillas were good!

We go here a lot for the chili rellenos because they are the best we ever had, but today the rellenos were even better! Please don’t ever change the recipe. This establishment has a good thing going with perfect service, food, atmosphere and prices. I just wish they were open in the evenings but the food is so good that we will arrange our meal times around their open schedule. Young lady at counter was so nice and cook was very friendly. Thank you.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and kids menu with food kids love.Wheelchair accessibility: Door is wheelchair accessible

Not in this area often, but we were craving a breakfast burrito on the way to an event. The waitress was very nice , but didn't really speak English. The chef was listening in, so we got what we wanted. The burritos were spot on! Zero complaints. Place is small and intimate. No rest rooms.

Tortas Y Tacos. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. I absolutely love local, home grown establishments. The front counter extremely kind. I was most impressed by how they treated a homeless man who came in with just 5 dollars and wanted something to eat. Instead of turning him away, the woman at the front worked to find him something he could afford. True community spirit here. The food was delicious. I had a Smothered Burrito con Pollo. Lovely presentation and the chef even brought it out to me. Lovely service. The beans and rice were seasoned perfectly and the chicken was tender and juicy. I would have a photo but it was gone before I could snap one. I definitely recommend this spot!

At first, I thought this would be a typical taqueria and in some ways it was. The food was fresh and portions generous. Tacos for $2.50 each were mounded high with meat. Nonetheless, there were a few surprises that will discourage me in the future. The default for burritos includes lettuce, tomato, guacamole, and mayonnaise (including an extra cup on the side). The burrito is simply rolled, with both ends open and cut in half. Although they have a deep fryer for French fries, they do not offer chips. And the only sodas are bottles, with no diet options.

It breaks my heart to have to write this review. Because I have been recommending this place to everyone I know. I absolutely love their tortas ajogadas. I've ordered multiple times in the past since Covid, and while the hours are irritating, I understand that like everyone else they are understaffed. On my recent visit, I spoke with the cashier who told me there are only three employees, which is why they have such limited hours. I asked about the Birria, and was told it's beef and not goat, and to be completely honest, I'm a stickler for authenticity for the most part. I love fusion cuisine's, and plays in mixes on traditional dishes... but if you're going to serve a traditional dish, then I feel it should be traditional. That being said, I ordered a torta ajogada, and unlike in the past, I was unable to choose the protein... not a big deal. So instead of a shredded Barbacoa, I got the on menu Carnitas version. I feel like when a restaurant has it as their set menu item then you should probably give it a try. Unfortunately, the Carnitas were tough and dry, and the oil was stale. At first I thought I was imagining it, but you could definitely taste it. Because of this, I can't say that I will ever go back again. Being short staffed is one thing, but using product that is past it's prime is entirely another.

Hey guys!! I found my birria spot!!! I was in search of a good birria place, which is rare in Colorado, and I stumbled upon this gem. This place is a family-owned business that serves with their heart on their sleeve. You can tell that they love what they do and providing us with their great service. Thanks a lot guys for helping me feed my food belly!
