Came on Friday with my family and the doors were still locked at 11:40am even though they open at 11am. There was a young boy who opened the doors with snobby attitude and when I asked him "when do you guys usually open?" he answered "later than this" all annoyed and was on his cellphone. So rude.

Expired tart flavor?? When I went back to the store because after eating my yogurt I realized the tart flavor tasting & smelling like alcohol wasnt just from it mixing with the watermelon flavor, which I have gotten tart from this location multiple times before and it never tasted like this. When I went in & talked to the manager about the smell & taste she was pretty rude & told me,”well it’s almost gone” & kept repeating that. I admit there didn't seem to be much left in the cup but I didn’t get much to begin with & it had already started melting so it didn’t seem like a lot but it was about half of what I had gotten. I asked if it had expired which she did not address & just offered me a free cup or a refund which was nice but when I asked for a refund she just gave me a 5 dollar bill. I understand there isn’t much she can do but I really just wanted to know if the yogurt was actually expired or not since I had eaten some of it & started feeling sick which I had never gotten from that tart yogurt before.

This store's employee is a rude, unfriendly person! She acted totally rudely when asked whether they had any tester spoons or cups. How do you expect a customer to know what a particular flavor would taste like without trying? Which ice cream store do you go to and they don’t allow you to taste the flavor! Not a single customer was at the store, won't be surprised if this store closes by the end of the year, so wish them luck.Supporting such shops is not ethical.

This place is decent. It's like Menchie, which to me is a bootleg version of Yogurtland. The yogurt, to me, seems icy, unlike the soft frozen yogurt I'm used to. The staff was great, and the toppings were fresh. The toppings area was clean and fully stocked. I only have two issues. 1- Icy yogurt & 2- Not enough good flavors.Enjoy. 3 1/2 Stars.

I love eating frozen yogurt. The service is amazing they talk nice. And ask what you want on the frozen yogurt. The ambiance is nice we are next to a place called Quench it is a nice shaved ice and drink place, it is not very big but there is seating outside. I recommend this amazing business.

Perfect location! My kids and I saw a movie, got outside and it was hot! Decided to get frozen yogurt and Tutti Frutti was right there! Delicious flavors!

Online says they’re open until 8. Came at 7 and the girl working locked the doors and shut off the lights. There were no hours posted on the door, or any sign saying they were closing early. Not gonna try coming here again.

Hours online says open until 8:30pm. Walked up at 7pm - a full hour and a half before this place is supposed to close. Girl working saw us coming and locked the doors and turned off the lights. No hours were posted on the doors of the establishment or any signage saying they were closing early. Never coming here again.

Chelsey was very disrespectful and rude to me when I came in. She spoke in an every passive aggressive tone and kept rolling her eyes and staring at me. I felt very offended by her doing this when I didn't not have any sort of relationship with her. She then proceeded to kick me out of the establishment even though I was being respectful customer. I feel unsafe to ever come here again and would like her fired immediately!
