Came here after dropping my car off at JK Auto and the breakfast was terrible. French toast sticks were hard and potato wedges were cold. I didn't say anything because I'm too nice but really wished I got my money back.

I showed up at 1230 am on Friday night/Saturday morning, pulled up to the drive through, got an automated voice asking if we used the app. We then proceeded to wait for about 5 minutes for someone to take our order. No one ever did. We pulled to the drive through window and saw 3 employees inside. We were able to flag one down and were told that "WE ARE CLOSING EARLY".... asked to talk to the manager, the girl came back and said that Javarious, the manager, REFUSED TO TALK TO US!!! How are you, as the manager, incapable of talking to a guest?! Worst service, even worst management.... How are you open?! That's ok, we went to McDonald's, where we were greeted by a happy employee who got us some hot, fresh, and delicious food. Disappointed I bought the frosty card last month now, because I don't plan on ever going back.

This Wendy's has horrible customer service the place was dirty and not one person was inside eating and all tables were dirty. The crew was just standing around standing talking about personal lives music is extremely loud felt like I was at the bar it was a very unpleasant visit I don't recommend anyone eat at this location. Let's do better guys it's your job!

Waited in line drove around to see if someone was inside they ran around the corner so I couldn’t see them had to call and they answered then hung up when I asked if they were open called again and heard an employee yell at other employees that there was a line waiting asked for extra sauce told me I couldn’t get it even after I said I would pay extra the service was very poor didn’t even order food after that

My fries were cold and old. I came soon after the breakfast to lunch changeover, there's no reason my fries should have been cold and old. Maybe they were leftover from the day before. Should have asked for my money back!

This business sucks, the service is the worst you can find. The ordering machines are slow and after spending 20 minutes trying to place an order they give you an error and you cannot access your order. Then you have to go to the counter where no one serves you because they are busy serving customers through the drive thru. After 30 minutes of waiting for a place to order at the counter we ended up deciding to go to another place that at least serves you.This business sucks, the service is the worst you can find.
