Their coffee is always fantastic. And usually their customer service is too. Unfortunately, today I think the crew was working WAY too fast-- they missed that one of the drinks on our mobile order was blended, and then we received the wrong blended drink. When I went to the pedestrian window, the customer service rep immediately ran to the bar to try and make things right but IMMEDIATELY started making it wrong because he didn't stop to get details from me first. Ziggis is so underrated. By far one of the most delicious coffee shops ever, way better than the bigger chains. When you order coffee you can always ask for a complimentary chocolate covered espresso bean which is AMAZING! The service is always fast, friendly and the variety of flavors is great.
