I was very surprised how far downhill this place has gone. It used to be a staple here in Avon but now the food is mediocre, it’s very expensive, and the service is terrible.

Food is 5 star, service today was terrible. I was there today at 2:15pm to pick up up a sandwich from my favorite spot in the area. The young lady working cashier was very rude and clearly doesn’t like her job. We placed an order for pickup with Extra sauce. She didn’t give it to us. Not a problem. Mistakes happen. But when we asked her for the sauce she said “I don’t think you ordered that”….being that she was the one that took our order, she messed up and realized it. She asked for extra sauce and we waited 5 minutes for it. When she finally got it from the service counter, she through it in the counter with a disgusting demeanor. I told them thank you and to have a good day, and she didn’t even respond. Relax lady, you’re not in New York, people are supposed to be nice in Colorado. Also my Ruben was burnt, still tasted good but was not the best one I’ve had there. Also, $8.49 for two sodas is steeper than Birds of Prey

Cute little deli with bread made in house. Good service, we were in and out during a breakfast rush in maybe 10 minutes. Do yourself a favor and get the steak, egg, and cheese biscuit. She was to die for.

I work as a cook here in the valley. I have for many years. Way back when this place opened, a restaurant I worked at ordered their bread, brioche, hoagie rolls, etc from avon bakery. And they were good.Years pass, and the bakery items are not good. The quality is awful, and the price only goes up.2 restaurants I worked at have switched back to sysco breads.Reading the reviews about the food here, it seems like a trend. It used to be good. Now it isn't. SAD.But I suggest you don't waste your money here.
really enjoyed my turkey club sandwich. italian wedding soup was also super yummy. greek salad was overpriced for what it was and the quality of the lettuce wasn’t great. everything was super expensive and my soup salad sandwich lunch cost me $40- definitely overpriced but it’s a ski town so i’m not shocked. overall i would go again but just stick with the sandwiches

It’s shame because the food is good but don’t order from Mario! The guy has no idea the difference between grilled chicken, chicken salad, and a chicken Caesar wrap. I had no time to wait because I was on break but please get someone who knows the menu. He repeated grilled chicken four times and gave me chicken salad. I can’t come here even though the food is good because even ordering in person is impossible with these people.

I spend so much money here on A daily basis (as a local) and the lady handed me my food falling out of the bag. I went to pick it up and it fell on the floor. I asked for another cause it fell on the floor and she said “go ahead and charge her for another one”. Please learn how to treat loyal customers and package food. I won’t be eating here again unless someone else is buying.

I really want this to be my quick breakfast spot because they have solid coffee and tasty croissants, but man the breakfast sandwich is baaaddd. It's a giant piece of bread with a tiny bit of sausage, egg and cheese in the middle. You have to eat through two inches of bread on all sides before finding something inside. It's basically ordering a loaf bread. Too bad. Try the other stuff though!
