PAID PARKING REQUIRED AT THIS LOT.It's a bummer; we had fun at Karaoke, the drinks and service was great, but then 3 weeks later we get an $87 ticket in the mail because apparently the parking lot is private. Out of a group of 4 out-of-towners, none of us were apparently observant enough to notice what Loaded Joe's claims is ample signage.Loaded Joe's, put a sign on your front door saying "Did you pay for parking?" or something related. Feel free to see this and think "there are plenty of signs" but if that were the case, many of your patrons wouldn't be getting tickets, now would they?5 star service and place of business, but because of truly non-obvious signage about paid parking, the property owners screws these restaurants and shops with negative experiences. For a group of 4 people casually having drinks, including this ticket, the cost of visiting here went to the $50-100 range, so that's cool :)Hey Thomas, if you see this, keep rocking Karaoke.

We love this place. Every time we’re in the area we head to Loaded Joe’s. Coffee, breakfast, lunch, drinks and entertainment, great outdoor area, great indoor area. Our only issue is the one, ONE toilet. It’s like trying to go on an airplane except they take no exception with you queuing up. ?

Went to this place in January and was just recently mailed a bill for 87 dollars for a parking fee that I was never made aware of.If your establishment has a paid parking lot there should be some sort of sign, or reminder at time of purchase that it’s a paid lot. Feeling absolutely scammed that I’m being charged 87 dollars for a parking ticket. Would have gladly paid to park had it been known to me that it was a requirement.
