I'm updating my rating of this Starbucks. During COVID times it was a disaster, but I'm glad I came across this old review. They have totally improved everything. You walk in the store, and they greet you right away. I think that is a very welcoming thing to do. The staff is always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm thrilled they fixed the issues they were having when they couldn't get the store staffed up to what they needed. Great Job!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband ordered an ice chai with coconut milk because he is lactose intolerant. He received one with regular milk. When he went back in to get it corrected, they made him wait until he gave up and just left. Absolute worst Starbucks we’ve been too. Will never go there again. Very bad customer service.

I Normally get a coffee here every morning! This is the 3rd TERRIBLE coffee I have had in 1 year! I took the last 2 back and had it remade but today my time was too short. VERY BITTER!! AND THE CUP WAS JUST A LITTLE OVER HALF FULL! GETNIT TOGETHER STAR BUCKS !! Who wants to pay 6.00$ for a NASTY coffee?!!! Guess I will have to find a new coffee spot? SHAME ON YOU STARBUCKS!
nice clean place for a couple of tired bikers to get warmed up. Staff was friendly and the food and drinks were very tasty

Food and drink is fine when they are made correctly. Most of the staff is incompetent and act like they’ve never had a job/ any responsibility at all before. Several times I’ve ordered mobile pickup and the order was wrong. Sometimes they were out of an item so instead of letting me know they would just give me something else they thought was similar. Several times I’ve received a wrong order even when ordering in-store and double checking that myorder was rung in correctly. Also several times my name was called when half of my order was ready and I had to remind them that my order had more items. It’s honestly hard to believe how many mistakes are made here daily. This location is not even particularly busy for a Starbucks. They have plenty of staff just not enough attention span.

Drink was not properly made. Missing all flavor. Not enough liquid to even cover the ice. Went to another location to have a proper drink. Don't recommend this location.

I Ordered like $50 worth of food and drinks at 11:45. It came out at 11:55. As we were eating they said they were closing at 12 and I said okay that’s cool. Then they told us to immediately leave at 12 and tried to kick us out. When I said we will leave once we finish our food they lied to us and said it’s policy that we leave right at closing time. This is not policy. If they don’t want any us to dine in they should have said to-go orders only. Reguardless it’s a completely made up policy and they lied to us bc they’re lazy and rude.

The staff is so friendly and positive. They seem to care about every customer that comes in. I came in when Cassie was working and she was so friendly and kind hearted. My drink was perfect! I definitely recommend this Starbucks if you are ever in Avon!
