This subway has gotten way busier not that the one in edwards closed. It’s a good and bad thing. Great for business but puts way more strain on the employees. Which I get. This is a great spot for a quick stop and go lunch wise. The only thing that caught my attention is the service. I had a pretty passive aggressive you young lady my time in without welcoming or a “what MAY I get for you”. It was more of a “what do you want” attitude which was very un welcoming. Beside that, it’s a good spot. Im sure it was just a wrong place wrong time incident.

Hi,Walked in and greeted the lady working at the counter and she responded what would you like to order. I knew she didn’t want me there off the bat. Then after everything said and done , she placed the sub with no bad or napkins. We all know most of the subs with condiments make a mess but somehow she didn’t care. I was just passing through Colorado but the whole town seems very unfriendly to black people. Just the vibe I got! I truly hope I’m wrong

Hello everyone, I want to share my horrible experience in this place. I was buying some sandwiches and the person who was making my food stopped for a moment to serve someone else something that I didn't like and that's not the worst thing. serving someone else wearing the gloves she was using for my meal and touching cash then going back to continue with my meal without even changing gloves or washing her hands that really seems disgusting to me I kindly asked her to start making my sandwich again and she angry refused to do it again telling me that she had done nothing wrong and there was no reason

Looks clean and nice. But it's not. Fountain drinks taste funky. Bread has a strange feel and taste. Difficult to communicate with employees about what you want on your sandwich. Try across the street.

Employees are arrogant teenage chumps who cannot accept the smallest amount of responsibility. It’s clear they didn’t prep any food for the day. Half of the food items they were “out of”. Young lady does t ask if you want your sandwich toasted, she just throws it in anyway. Tuna please…”we’re out”. Ok I’ll take chicken with lettuce and spinach and tomato…”we’re out of spinach and tomato”. Several of the soft drinks were “out of order”. Ok if you’re going to hire lazy entitled teenage brats to run your store, you’ve lost a customer, I’m probably not the first nor the last.
Seems healthier than many places. Got the app for even better prices.

Unfortunately we came at a time where there was a very rude and inconsiderate man asking the woman if she was sure she spoke english all because the store was loud and she was having troubles. I wanted to say I've NEVER had a bad experience at this subway. The women who work here, especially that older woman, all deserve so much more for what they deal with. Thank you so much for always providing a wonderful experience
