Had an enjoyable dinner here with my family, after a long day of skiing. We were able to book a table via email, highly recommended, as they turned away a lot walkins. Their takeout counter was super busy too, wait time of 1 hour from what I heard at the counter. For appetizers we had the escargots (fresh but just a bit in salt), mixed salad with caper berries and candied walnuts, and flat bread with asiago. This is a small neighborhood restaurant with great food and service. Much better than any Italian place in Vail and much more reasonable prices. If you are looking for good Italian food at affordable prices look no further than Ticino.

They accommodated us without a reservation, the menu choices and food quality was excellent and service was even better. Quaint setting added to the evening within a small dining room.
