“I had an amazing Benedict and Frappuccino. The Benedict not only had the best flavors but the poached eggs were cooked to perfection. My bf got the biscuits and gravy and he devoured it! He absolutely loved the biscuit and called it the best he’s ever had. Absolutely love the atmosphere and all the staff.”

“This was a gem of a find! Right off I-70. Super friendly people and had some of the best Carne Asada Tacos. Caught them on Taco Tuesday and got 10 tacos and 2 drinks for $18. I'll definitely be back to check out other menu items! Small outside seating and not busy so got to keep my boy (dog) with me. Was nice after a long drive”

“My husband and I stopped at The Little Coffee Shack while traveling through Parachute. We each had an oat milk vanilla latte. The coffees were delicious and the staff was very friendly and welcoming even just at the drive through! Highly recommend.”

“Holy moly! Phenomenal food! Stayed in Parachute for one night. We weren't expecting any great food in this little town & we were blown away! We moved to Colorado in May 2023 from South Texas & its been hard to find good Mexican food. My husband is from Mexico & him and I both agreed that this is the best Mexican food we have tried in the state so far since moving here. Weve been to numerous places up & down the front range. My husband works in Grand Junction so he will be back often & I definitely will also anytime we pass through. A++. Also, the plates are huge! Totally caught us off-guard. I ordered the steak Chipotle & i thought my plate was the best. The Chipotle sauce is awesome!”

“Wanted a breakfast burrito with out the tortilla due to dietary restrictions. They were super excited to help and made me an amazing bowl of steak, potato's, eggs and cheese! The green salsa is amazing!”

“The best Chinese food we've ever had. Ordered the "C" dinner to go and walked back to the hotel in the cold. Not only was everything absolutely delicious and wonderfully seasoned, but it was all still piping hot. The honey walnut shrimp had some crunch to it even after steaming in a takeout box and both the soup and kung pao had some of the freshest tasting veggies and tenderest meat we've ever had from a restaurant. We're only stopping by in town for a couple days, but we're going to be sure to go back again before we leave.”

She said she got a new chef from Aspen that she was quite happy with in so many ways. On our way from Las Vegas to Minnesota. We expect to be back on our way to Las Vegas again.”

“We stopped at Wendy's on Friday night. There were 5 of us in the car and 3 had very similar orders. Jackson was amazing; as he handed us our bags he called out the differences in them so we knew exactly who they went to. We didn't have to dig around and figure it out.
