Minh was an amazing and knowledgeable server/bartender. He recommended lemon on the dumplings, a blackberry mule, and also had great stories to tell during our meal. He was truly amazing and only made us want to come back over and over! Been here 3 times in two days. And only plan on visiting him more on our next trip up! He truly made it worth while.

JINYA Ramen in @ameristarbh was delicious! I ordered the JINYA Bun and the Tokyo Curry Rice. The pork belly on the bun melted in your mouth which is always a 50/50 chance when I’ve eaten pork buns before. The Tokyo Curry was delicious too, but didn’t have a lot of chicken.

The servers and manager were so nice! They were attentive and were always checking on our water levels which I absolutely love! The prices seemed pretty fair in my opinion too!

Ok, a lot to unpack here.. service was quite slow. From the start, the servers seemed overwhelmed and a little chaotic. We ordered drinks- they didn't have all the ingredients, and the wine that my friend got served had turned so she ended up ordering a beer. We got appetizers, impossible gyoza, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower. Everything was awesome. Good flavor. For ramen I ordered the Jinya Tonkotsu Black which was so creamy and fatty. The ramen egg was perfectly cooked and the charsiu was smoky and meaty. The ramen noodles were a perfect al dente texture and picked up just enough of the thick broth. Overall, great food- not so great drinks. Give them a few months to work out the kinks (I think they recently opened) and I think we will have a five star experience on our hands.

WOW! Did not expect a lot from a casino ramen place but this was fantastic! I'd recommend the creamy vegan ramen. The service was great and was some of the best ramen I've had in a while

Never order a to go here! Waited for 40 mins when i ordered a bowl and salad! They said someone forgot to see the receipt and didnt make my order! All the while when i was waiting, i was checking on my status and they kept saying its coming out but it came at 45th minute! The combo order or salad and rice bowl had the salad with exactly 6 greens! Pathetic service!
