Incredibly overpriced for what it is. The service leaves much to be desired. My wife ordered something only for them to come back 45 minutes later when everyone else’s food is arriving to let us know they are out of what she ordered. Not worth it for what you’re spending

We travel all over and LOVED the bartenders and the food! Danny and tristian were friendly, funny and so down to earth. Now the food, WOWZA! had the a5 and it was like butter and the lamb shank was equally amazing! We will be back to this gem!! Highly recommend

The staff are amazing. Krystal, Dave, and Tristan were fabulous and made sure I really enjoyed my experience. My feedback would be on the seafood. I know it's Colorado but it was not fresh. I didn't even finish. I expressed to the staff and they seemed reluctant to get me a new one or take off my bill. I should have insisted but did not want to ruin my experience. It was beautifully presented but not fresh.

The front of house and back of house were not in synch. the waiter had to keep apologizing for delays. When the steak arrived it was warm, probably from sitting around. The waiter was awesome as were the other front of house staff. The food was mediocre an quite pricey. The restaurant was surprisingly loud. Most tables were occupied and no table seemed to be loud. assuming it's a room design issue. Parking was convenient and appreciated not having to walk through the casino to get to the restaurant.

Great meal. Walked in and taken directly to the table. Water and menus immediately. Our waiter,Troy, was excellent. Timing was great, entrees (2 different steaks) cooked perfectly and good salads and sides. Had a not great service experience here coming out of the pandemic and it was great to see they have recovered and feel they are back to one of my favorite steakhouses after this meal!

Our server, Uriah, was excellent, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! His assistant, I think his name was Mira, was excellent. The staff made our experience one of the very best. Excellent food!

We ordered the most expensive seafood platter and a side baked potato. Also came with no plates and no utensils for eating, after we asked for a way to eat our meal, it took an additional 15-20 minutes, by that time we were done. Worst customer service I ever experienced. Food is good

I am not afraid to spend money for a good meal. This was money well spent. I took my wife here for her birthday, and they did not disappoint. From the first bite to the last, this was an incredible meal. As a chef I recognize the talent at this restaurant. Our waiter Chad was beyond good, and I can tell you the staff were very well organized. I'll be back without a doubt.

They made our anniversary an amazing experience. We feel so blessed by the amazing staff, food and ambiance. My 1 wish, is that they enforced dress code a bit more. This is a special place, and we dressed accordingly, while the table nearby was in hoodies, jeans and hats. That's just a personal preference, but I think it would help elevate the experience. Thank you to our server Keri and the tableside Captain. He was so informative and kind. Thank you Chophouse!
I enjoyed the steak and the 321 ice cream but it stops there! We had a 5pm reservation which means we were one of the first people there for the night and the waiter acted like he was going to give us the 5 star service we were supposed to get and looking for when you pay $100 plus a person but that was not the case! A couple of other people stopped to ask us if we needed anything a few times and it took about 45 minutes after ordering to get our food and then when we were ready for the ticket I had to get someone else to tell him we were ready! Then to top it off after a lady brought me the ticket and he finally came and picked it back up he just stood there smiling and I had to say you need to run my card please and he said oh I thought it was already done and then 20 minutes later my husband had to go ask the manager for my card back so we could leave! Good over priced food with bad service!

This is one of the best meals that I have eaten especially being from Hawaii it was the most delicious and amazing seafood I have ever in my life tasted ever morsel was such a delight to taste plus the best mixed drinks and the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about everything!! I can't wait to return !! Thank you for making our last night at the Monarch the best !! Aloha and mahalo to all the staff at Monarch Chophouse !!

Don’t order desert! The food was not impressive. We were celebrating Valentine’s and my Birthday & it didn’t feel special at all.Save your money and go to the Buffet or Mairposa instead.Not worth the price.
