I love this place but today was a different experience than what I am used to. I ordered a four corners bagel and ended up getting the wrong sandwich when I showed up. No big deal. But then this is when it takes a turn….I called and explained what happened. I was in a rush trying to get the right sandwich but the girl on the phone said they were too busy. Then when I got there there’s no one waiting for food. That’s so sad they have someone like that working for a place that’s saved my mornings numerous times. I did catch a bit of an attitude due to that responseand they hung up on me. First off…no! Don’t tell me you’re too busy to correct your mistake and expect me to be ok with that. If I was the manager, she’d be gone. Luckily I talked to a really nice woman the second time and she helped me. And I thank her for that. I don’t like getting an attitude but don’t treat customers like that.In the end, thank you so much to whoever made my order correct.

I like to stop in here for a cheddar jalapeño bagel with an egg and butter. It's pretty tasty. They have bags old bagels for sale at a big discount and that's often time better tasting and cheaper than the grocery store.

This is the only bagel place I really like in Boulder. Bagels are always freshly made and well-stocked in the morning. They are chewy and delicious. Order online and you won't have to wait in line, the lines can get kind of slow at a busy time. I like how a lot of people use this place to get together and chat on weekend mornings, it has a very friendly feel. Plenty of easy parking right nearby.

Loved this place. Coming from CT, I do judge a breakfast bagel pretty hard! And this was delicious. Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel, on a Saturday morning. It was busy but not not bad, and my food was out very fast. They melted the cheese perfectly and had a few types too, which was always cool! Staff was super nice and the place clean. Parking is ample in the large shared lot. There's enough seating and a good menu. Why four not five stars, ? The food is mucho $$$! My single breakfast bagel was over $9. It's not terrible for Boulder prices but would be nice to maybe get a punch card going, I don't know lol. But I'll definitely be going back as a treat or to show visitors for bagels.
They're doing it better than anyone else in town. My go-to for a fast casual bagel sandwich! (Especially after a long night out!)

Stopped in from out of state. Husband and I got bagel egg sandwiches, chai latte and an iced latte. Absolutely amazing! Was better than we could have imagined and am glad we chose this bagel shop to try.
