It's a good place to stop for drinks and snacks. Centrally located and usually space to sit there's not a lot of atmosphere, it's a function of the shape and furniture but don't let that stop you from visiting. I love the spicy Chai hot or cold, with oat milk, with or without a shot.
I am underwhelmed. My husband and I ordered chai - mine cold and his hot. Both were extremely watery... perhaps we should have ordered coffee? Staff did not seem happy to see us and were not at all welcoming, but the store was nice and had plenty of seating.

My experience is based on an 8 oz cappuccino (whole milk) and a plain croissant. They passed with high grades. Coffee had nice latte art, balanced, light smoke in the beans, but also some caramel. I'd say B+ to A-, with a little room to improve on latte art and complexity of shot. Croissant was large, reheated in a real (high-speed) oven, hence nicely crispy. Not as buttery as the best ones but still quite fluffy and tasty. Similarly B+ to A-. Would certainly return.
