This is great New York style pizza, picked up a large pepperoni (16”) for $30 including tip. Great quality and the people working were very nice and efficient. The atmosphere of this place is a classic pizza joint that has stood the test of time. Thank you for a great dinner.

To anyone reading these reviews to see if this place is worth their grit in the pizza industry, they are. I was having one of the stormy times of my life and these guys made the waters calm. I gave them a call and a gentleman named Travis answered the phone who was straight to the point, professional, and very direct in which I knew just from that, that this place was going to produce an amazing East Coast pizza. While I was sitting in the shop waiting, I noticed Travis checking on the pizza through out the cooking process, making quick little tweaks...which you really don't see anymore these days. It was torture driving this pizza home without touching it because the smell was extremely inticing. When I took that first bite, it was the best bite of pizza I had in years! It even was better than most places in NY and I love my pizza let me tell you, so I am extremely picky. The best part aside from the fresh flavors, and perfect crisp was that each bite was delicious and exciting. When I have pizza, yeah it may be good but the brain eventually says here comes the same taste again.....and again....and again, am I right? Well not here, it somehow was a new experience every bite. Travis, if you read this, thank you so much for making my pizza. I have only had two 10/10 places which was Angelo's on 57th st NYC and Luigi's Pizza in Brooklyn. You added a 3rd!Travis cares about his customers and his pizza.-best wishes-* Didn't even touch the ranch*

Brooklyn Pizza is okay. But it would be so much better if the pizza crust on top wasn't always burnt when they take out of oven. The crust shall be a brownish color but not black. They need to adjust oven temperature ? or turn down the heat.

We love CHEF GENC!!! High quality ingredients, you can taste the difference. The crust. Amazing. I could eat a just crust pizza it is so good. Highly recommend the Italian sausage and rabe pizza. I have only had this pizza here and we will come back forever for it. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years and have always been served with love from Chef

Been coming here for years! The owner Genc has become a personal friend over the years, starting when I used to regularly pickup dinner on the way home from work, balancing a pizza box on my bike. The recipes have always been excellent, especially the pesto pie, and the recreation of a classic NY pie shop is fabulous. Gritty, blue collar ambiance, fantastic food, and the company over years. Hope to keep coming back for many more years!!

The best pizza in Boulder! I just moved from NYC and have been looking for a comparable slice. This is it! It's got every telltale sign of a classic slice - a crispy fold, a great flop and a delicious sauce and cheese - that will keep me coming back for more.
