Came here from Texas looking for a good Chinese restaurant and ended up finding the BEST MANGOLIAN TRIPLE DELIGHT dish ever. I always ask for this specific dish everywhere I go, which is typically never in the menu. I asked the owner if it could be made, and with no hesitation, he said, of course. We ended up coming back the next day because of how GOOD this dish was, and my husband ended up getting the same. My daughter got the shrimp and vegetables with brown sauce. It was amazing. Typically, the shrimp at other Chinese restaurants have a rubbery texture, BUT you will NOT find that issue. The shrimps were very well cooked, great quality, and the vegetables were all fresh, nothing frozen. We also tried the wonton soup, which was really different as they added fresh vegetables and more flavor, soo goooood. If you are in Boulder and seeking great Chinese, you must come here. The owner cares about its customers as we saw many regulars come in and noticed their interactions. We will be sure to come back next year when we return!I failed to take a picture of the dish ?but hopefully, the owner can add this dish to their menu or post a picture for reference.

The food and service were absolutely terrible. Went out with my wife and ordered appetizers, dinners, and dessert. After everyone who came in after us got their food, a chef came out and tried to give our dishes to the table next to us. When I told her it was for us, she rudely said she doesn't serve tables, threw away the plates, and left. That was the last service person we saw all evening. Thankfully, the food was already cold because it sat on the counter for 10 minutes, making it easier to eat. After finishing half of the cold dinner and realizing we wouldn't be getting any desserts, I went up to the counter to get a refund. To my surprise, the cashier kindly said he would comp the desserts. But I reminded him that we never even received the desserts we ordered.

Average food and service. Cash only at times they need to operate like a modern business.

Great Chinese spot in Denver. Has lots of authentic and classic items to choose from at a good price and great portions. The sesame chicken was delicious and tender, and the spicy garlic eggplant was super spicy. Has a very fast paced environment but a decent amount of seating available. A good spot to go to if you’re craving some Chinese dishes and want to go a step above Panda Express.

Review for take out but this is my go-to now when I have a craving for Chinese food as a Taiwanese person living in Boulder.Mongolian Lamb: not on the menu but heard they have it some times. Great flavor, a smidge light on the lamb but still great.Braised Beef Tendon: packed w chilis and foavor, and portion size was much bigger than other places I've had in the past.Mu-shu Pork: nailed the flavor again, lots of veggies sliced thin. Pancakes were OK, but still so good over rice etc.
