Lady gave me less than half of a scoop of meat. Not even a normal portion and my friend got served a large serving of meat for the same price.. other than, the place is clean.

I order delivery from their 28th St. location and it's always great but I accidentally ordered from the Pearl St. location and they forgot the cheese, vegetables, and salad dressing which made the meal much less appealing. I called the 28th st. location, they offered to refund me (which was very nice, unexpected) but when we realized I didn't order from them, I had to call the Pearl st. location. I called and spoke to the manager who told me to come over to pick up the forgotten items. Ummm, not really convenient, and he wouldn't honor the offer from the 28th st. location - not even for a future order. Bummer, I won't make the same mistake and order from Pearl St. again.

Literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every time I order here they get my order completely wrong, or the chips are stale, or the food just does not taste right. I hate this chipotle with a deep passion and firmly believe that it should be shut down. There is no need for it when there is a perfectly good chipotle on 28th.

The food is excellent. The service is also not bad. However, their manager, Jackie, is a con artist. They messed up my delivery order and won't send me a new one. Told me I was required to come into the store. Which upset me a bit but I wasn't too mad from that. But, when I went into the store, Jackie forgot to tell her workers that I had a free food coupon for my messed up order. Then when the other workers asked her about it she tried to cut my order in half. At the end of the day I love chipotle but I can't keep coming to this location if this is how they treat their customers.

Staff was friendly, and the facility was clean! When I asked for larger helpings of individual items, they had no problem serving them, as expected at every Chipotle location I've been to. The view was great and the food was tasty, as usual!

Who serve the food ? represent Chipotle Grill ? I would think twice to come again. Today the person who served (young man) my food order to go was so poor and can say no dignity to work this job. My portion was tremendously small, he did not even pay any attention serving. Very ignorant person can tell. We are not in line here as homeless people, we are paying from our pocket. There is no kindness and friendly manners from him at all. Will not come ever and will let people know about the service. You should hire people with customer service skills and to know what is normal or standard portion. He was giving like it's on his pocket and mercy, how sad.
